The Rooney household was all set for the return of another Rooney coming back home, as the entire family prepped for the return of Liv, Maddie's twin sister

"No, dad, no. Okay. It needs to go up." Maddie ushered her dad who was on a ladder trying to put up a sign that said 'welcome home'. Maddie's dad just followed instructions looking at her confused. "More. More. Up more. Down a tiny bit. Perfect. Twin sister officially welcomed. Bam!What?!" Maddie yelled her signature catchphrase. "Okay mom? Snack update. Where's Liv's favorite dip?"

"Oh, you mean this dip?" Joey, the annoying little brother, asked with a mouthful of dip along with the other little brother Parker.

"You two are eating the dip?! This is Wisconsin. You can't welcome people home without dip! You two are officially banned from the "welcome home" zone!" Maddie yelled officially freaking out.

"Maddie, honey, if you're freaking out because your sister Liv is coming home, then Then we should talk." Maddie's mom said concerned for her daughter.

"Mom she's my twin. My built-in best friend. I'm not freaking out." Maddie said trying to reassure her mom.

Maddie:
Of course I'm freaking out! Starting tomorrow, I'm going to school with my celebrity sis. And we have the same face, yet she's "the cute one. "

"Hey. Hey, guys. There's a bunch of people with cameras on our lawn." Parker said pointing to the window as everyone looked outside to see camera flashes.

"I'll miss you, paparazzi." Liv said to the crowd. "When I walk through this door, I will be just another regular 15 year old girl."

Liv:
I just finished the final season of my smash-tastic tv show 🎵"sing it loud"🎵 oh it was one of those super-realistic shows where kids suddenly break into song for no reason. And I loved Hollywood, and I was offered, like, a quizzillion other shows and movies. But I missed my family, and it was time to come home.

Liv walked over to the front door and went to open it, pulling it and bumping in to it, not realizing it was a push open. She pushed it open and squealed in excitement seeing her twin sister. "You stole my face!"

"I had it first." Maddie responded happily as they both caught each other in a sweet hug.

"Take notes. That's what it looks like when a girl is happy to see you." Parker said to Joey insultingly.

"Thanks, Parker. And this is what it looks like inside my armpit." Joey said grabbing Parker's head and shoving his face into his armpit.

Liv and Maddie finished their hug as Liv approached her two little brothers. "I was so worried you guys had grown up when I was away."

"Yeah, there's no chance of that happening." Joey said still holding Parker against his armpit as he hugged his sister.

"Uh, the people who gave you life are still waiting for their hug." Pete reminded, hugging his wife Karen as Liv came up and hugged her parents

"Sorry about the camera-palooza. They're just here for my homecoming." Liv apologized.

"Oh, who cares? All my babies are under one roof.Pull it in. Tighter. Family photo time." Karen said getting her phone as she tried to adjust it just right as the family gathered and bundled in. Except Maddie who was struggling to get into the frame with her family.

"Mom. Mom, mom, mom. Mom okay. Okay I got this." Liv said squealing. Next thing they knew, they were outside with the paparazzi snapping photos of them as a family. "Okay, people, say 'dazzleberry'!"

"Dazzleberry!" The family simply said a little bit uncomfortable with the family.

Just a couple blocks down from the Rooney residence, lived the Maddox residence. Twin brothers Jake and Blake, with their mom Becky Maddox.
