Important-ish (AU Details and Headcanons for the Story)

I'm not sure if anyone will read this, but in this section, I'm going to provide the headcanons for each of my AU pjsk characters. These can be key to the story, and overall it's a very good thing to know as a reader, so there's no confusion.

Nene Kusanagi: In this story, Nene is new to the town where all of the pjsk characters live. She's not Rui's neighbor, nor ever will be in this storyline. However, obviously, they will become friends and eventually lovers.

Nene is also hard of hearing in this story. She will explain how she hears and how sometimes it's difficult for her to comprehend what others are saying early on in the story. Also, if there's any confusion on any lines like, "her ears twitch", she has pointed/elf ears, and the movement idea came from The Owl House (I just think it's silly).

Rui Kamishiro: Rui is about the same personality wise, still an inventor, still likes flowers (his flower club thing), still a stage director, etc. I think the only personality difference is him being flustered around Nene once the story gets started.

Emu Otori: Nothing about Emu has really changed, mostly because this is not a story revolving around her. She and Tsukasa are dating in this story.

Tsukasa Tenma: He also has not really changed, other than the fact he and Emu are dating in this story.

Another worthy thing to mention is that, Nene, Rui, and Emu have a darker skin tone than what they canonly have. They are more tan.

This story is also in Rui's POV throughout the whole thing, mostly cuz switching my mind to each character's personality is exhausting to me.
