I walked along side the white haired woman as we trekked through the path.

It looked similar to the other woods but there were a lot of flowers everywhere.

"Soo...you're a prince right?" She asks me.

"Yea but I'm not very well liked in noble society" I shrug.

"What why?" "I guess you could say I get around" I shrug again.

"Ohhh..." "yea" Well this was awkward.

"Uhh I was of royalty once..." "really?"

"Yea but it was because my mother was a maid, one of the old kings of our kingdom had fallen in love with her and had me as a result. He was embarrassed and kicked us out" Luna tells me.

"Sorry to hear that" I say not knowing how to reply.

"Ehh it's fine, being down here is a lot better, I mean all my friends are you know actual friends and I don't have to abide by arbitrary rules...well at least some" She rolls her eyes.

"Yea I get that...being a royal is one thing but man being an only child is ever worse" I laugh.

"I don't have any siblings either!" She laughs.

We keep talking and the conversation is surprisingly pleasant despite our awkwardness.

"Man these flowers are getting bigger and bigger..." Luna says as we slow our walk.

Then we eventually stop because huge flowers are just blocking our path.

"What the he?" I mutter staring at what was in front of me.

Just then the flowers start to move and their vines start to rise from the ground, I quickly stand in front of Luna as the flowers I shit you not scream and roar.

"What the fuck?!" Luna exclaims as we back up.

"Okay I've never read anything about this fairy tales!" I add on, but before anything else can happen one of the vines comes down at us fast and I quickly move us both out of the way.
