On the Saturday after her whirlwind dates with Brian and Zacky, Lisa convinced Marley to join her and Robert for dinner. It was the first night in almost two months where all three are off and Marley was surprised that Lisa didn't want to spend it alone with her fiance. Truth is Lisa was interested in the details of the hot guys that have been courting her friend. Marley felt guilt for crashing their dinner at Providence but she mostly agreed mostly so she didn't have to be alone with her thoughts. Thoughts of how sweet and gentle Brian could and amazingly hot making out with Zacky was. They had managed to make it through dinner, flirting here and there but it wasn't until they sat on the couch to watch a movie, one Marley couldn't even remember the name, that he'd leaned in to kiss her or maybe she kissed him. The only thing she could remember was the feeling of his hands on her face as he started gently, nibbling and sucking at her lips. She sighed at how wonderful it felt and he used it as an opportunity to sweep his tongue into her mouth, catching her off guard at first but she quickly returned the kisses fervently. Her mind went blank, no trace of Brian to be found, as she listened to the soft sound of their lips meeting again and again.

This was why she needed a night away from the craziness. Sure she was a third wheel but if her friends didn't mind, she decided she wouldn't either. They were seated at a small round table in the beautiful back garden, surrounded by candlelit tables, tiny white lights intertwined in the tree branches and a small band playing soothingly in the corner, a patch of navy blue sky above them. The scene could not be more romantic.

"I'm so glad we finally had a night off together," Lisa said as Robert chuckled warmly, leaning toward her.

"Me too," Marley agreed "If I see another ER chart, I may go crazy."

"We asked for it though, " Robert adds "We did become doctors."

"Because we were crazy," Lisa replied and they all agreed.

"Why don't we all just quit?" he asked.

Marley and Lisa looked at each other and blurted "Student loans."

"Besides what else could we do?" Marley countered.

"Lisa would open an antiques shop," he replied, touching her wrist "Right?"

Lisa smiled at him and nodded. "So what about you Marl?" he asked what would you do?

"Become a rock star's wife is my guess," Lisa joked and Marley is reminded of her situation.

"That's not true," she insisted.

Lisa gave her a glare "Tell me you wouldn't want to be married to one of those extremely hot, rich guys. You could quit your job and make little rockstars."

Marley frowned "Not funny. And really that's not my intention. Not all dates lead to relationships or marriage."

"Then what's the point of dating them if you aren't thinking of the future?" Robert asked.

"I don't know," Marley replied "have been trying to figure that one out myself."

"So why are you going out with them? he continued questioning.

"Because they asked."

"Do you even like either of them?" Lisa joined in.

"Of course I do," Marley said quickly "I like them both."

Lisa frowned as she sipped her water "But which one do you like better?"

"I can't decide," Marley answered miserably.

"Why not? One of them has to have something the other doesn't have,"Robert insisted.

"If they do, I haven't figured it out yet."
