Hook sat brokenly in his shared dorm. It wasn't shared anymore.
He could feel the year stains on his cheeks. He hadn't left his dorm in a week. None of them had.
He wasn't there to see it, he just knew. Sort of like best friend tuition. He knew they were all grieving in their own ways. All feeling the same sense of brokenness that came with this.
Maleficent had taken the worst of it out of the four of them. She was there as it happened. She heard it. She was the other magic user, she should've been able to identify his symptoms quicker.
He of course didn't blame her. It was something none of them expected. It just came randomly one day, leaving a shattered group and a void of nothingness looming over them.
He was in the classroom next door, and he could still hear the faint sounds of his screams. His pained, horrible screams. More tears started to pour down his cheeks.
His eyes no longer held that same flirty playfulness they used to. He had bags and his eyes seemed lifeless. Quite ironic if you asked him. Then again, a part of him died that day with his best friend.
He had searched through every magic spell book his roommate had. Nothing that could reverse this mess. Nothing.
And that's what Hook was without Morgie. He was his right hook man, his partner in crime.
And Morgie was gone...
I know it's short but the next chapters are gonna be the other VK'S reactions. I hope you guys enjoyed this, I just felt that this would be fun a au to imagine.
