IU: Y/n baby eat something please. You y-you are getting too weak day by day.

Y/n: I don't feel like eating unnie.

IU: But you have to! 

IU offered her a spoon of soup but when she took a sip she immediately gagged. It's been 2 days since she met Jungkook. Jungkook didn't show in past 3 days because he promised to write her a song then play in front of her. Until then he will not show he's face. In this 2 days Y/n became too weak. She has become completely bedridden. It seems like all of the medicines also stopped working. 

As Jungkook was better now and started to walk Jin and Yoongi also went to Handel their company. They didn't came to hospital for 3 days as Taehyung was with Jungkook. 

IU: Y/nie baby should I call Jungkook? Should I-i tell him the t-truth?

Y/n: No Unnie. Don't call him. He said he will write a song for me and also sing it to me. (Smiles weakly)

IU: B-but-

Y/n: Please Unnie I don't want him to be sad because of me. He's really happy to sing a song for me. I don't wanna ruin his mood. He looks so happy. I want him to see happy.

IU was at the venge of crying. He bit her lip trying to hold her emotions but she couldn't. Finially after all these years, she broke down in tears in front of her little sister. Her sob echoed through the room as she kept crying. She didn't even cried when she got to know about their parents death. She didn't cried when she found her only family her little sister has cancer. She didn't cried when she found herself in debt. 

But today she let all her emotions flow. Maybe her heart was telling it was time. Maybe from inside she knew her sister will be not by her side anymore.

Y/n: Unnie.

Y/n knew how much her sister kept her emotions inside her. All these time she was strong for her. She didn't try to comfort IU. Y/n wanted to let her sister cry. Let her free the emotions that she kept for all these years. All she wanted was to end all of these END 𝙥 𝙚 𝙖 𝙘 𝙚 𝙛 𝙪 𝙡 𝙡 𝙮. 

As for Jungkook, she was happy that he didn't know. Someone who was actually treating her as a normal person. Someone who became her friend with pitying her for her condition. Someone who was excited to fulfill her wish no matter what.

As much as she was missing him, she was also happy that he was not seeing her like this. All weak and bedridden. She was thinking how sad Jungkook will be when he will got to know about her cancer. Maybe that day she will be Gone already.

How funny the fate is right? I'm her whole life she was all alone. There was none accept her sister. And now, just before her time ends she met him. 

Y/n: Unnie? Will Jungkook be mad at me? F-for not telling him? He will be sad right when I will be gone?

IU just couldn't stay there. She ran out of the room covering her face while crying. On the other hand, Y/n had no expressions. She just kept looking through the window which on the left side of room. There was so many people out there. All of them were seemed so happy. Playing, chitchatting and laughing. And here she was all alone.

Y/n: Eomma, Appa? Do you think Unnie will be happy like them too when I will be gone? She will be free right?
