This story takes place in a world called Centrine, basically a different Earth. The world is made up of nations divided by the main species held there, Humans, Sirens, Demons, Fae, and Undead. each of them have their own government and cultures and beliefs, weather good or bad. This world is filled with magic and witches and wizards and bards and anything you could think of. In Centrine, it is 5019, dating how many years since the nations and kingdoms split from one big society. Humans have a kingdom ruled by King Henry the IV (fourth), where it works as a full monarchy, where the royal family makes every law and decision. The other full monarchies are the Demons and Sirens, where they're both also kingdoms, ruled by King Zeilphius and King Seaton respectively. Where the Nation of The Undead and The Fae's Dwellings are democracies, where the people choose their leader by vote.
