Eve POV:

I was in the control room, worried sick about the others. Luckily, Sattler was here for reassurance and comfort. At Nedry's workstation, Arnold, Hammond, and Muldoon were all staring intently as Arnold explained what Nedry had done.

"The 'key-check space -o' 'key-checks off' 'safety space -o.' He's turning the safety systems off. He doesn't want anybody to see what he's about to do. Now, look at this next entry, it's the kicker: 'Whte_rbt.obj.' Whatever it did, it did it all. But with the key-checks off, the computer didn't file the keystrokes. So the only way to find them now is to go through the computer's lines of code, one by one."

"How many lines of code are there?" I asked, both curious and intrigued.

Arnold puffed out smoke. "About two million," he explained.

"Two million?" I said, rubbing my face. "Bugger me," I scoffed, removing my glasses to digest this information.

Hammond turned to Muldoon. "Robert, I wonder if perhaps you would be good enough to take a gas jeep and bring back my grandchildren," he requested.

"Sure," Muldoon said, nodding.

Sattler lightly jabbed my arm. "We're going too," she asserted.

I put my glasses back on and followed Muldoon and Sattler out, equipping myself with a yellow raincoat. The only hope to help the others was us, and who knows if Nedry would be found.

Third Person POV:

Nedry, still lost in the rain, drove toward the east dock. "Should've been there by now," he muttered, frustration mounting as urgency grew.

The Jeep splashed through a puddle, and Nedry, momentarily distracted by something outside his window, lost concentration. The Jeep veered towards a white fence. Panicking, Nedry tried desperately to steer away, but it was too late. The Jeep crashed and became stuck on a fallen tree.

"Damn!" Nedry shouted angrily as he realized the wheels were stuck. Just then, he noticed a sign pointing to the East Dock straight ahead. "There's the road!"

Pressed for time, Nedry hurried to the front of the Jeep to grab a rope. He planned to tie it to a tree at the bottom to pull the Jeep free. "There's something here... tie that thing there and... pull this down to there," he mumbled, stressing and talking to himself.

As he worked, Nedry slipped and fell down the slope. "My glasses!" he exclaimed, before quickly realizing, "I can afford more glasses." Determined, he made his way to a tree. Nedry looked at his watch. "I got time. I got time! You can do this, Dennis, you can do this," he reassured himself, trying to stay confident. Unbeknownst to him, a Dilophosaurus had started stalking him.

As Nedry pulled the rope, the creature suddenly appeared behind tree. "Oh, that's nice," he said, his voice tinged with nervousness. "Gotta go." He turned and headed back toward the Jeep, but the Dilophosaurus continued to follow him.

Growing more scared, Nedry tried to calm the creature. "Nice boy... NICE BOY!" he said, backing up. Desperate, he grabbed a stick and held it out. "See the stick? STICK, STUPID! Fetch!" He shouted, throwing the stick, but the creature ignored it, keeping its gaze fixed on Nedry.

"No wonder you're extinct... I'll run you over when I get back down," Nedry threatened, annoyed and fed up.

As he walked toward the Jeep, the Dilophosaurus continued to follow. Nedry glanced back just as the creature prepared to spit acid at him, raising its frill and snarling. It spat, missing the first time. Panicking, Nedry scrambled to reach the car door. He looked back, but the Dilophosaurus spit again, this time hitting him in the face. The acid burned his eyes.
