[The screen starts with the city of Harlem as Miles narrates]

Miles Morales: Up until about a year ago, my life was pretty normal. I lived in the greatest place ever--Brooklyn. Represent! Had a great brother. Michael Garrett. Had two cool parents. And loved all things science and superheroes.

[The scene flashes to Jefferson Davis's death]

Miles Morales: But everything changed, though,when my dad was killed In the city hall bombing. I...I couldn't believe he was gone. But Peter Parker, Y/N L/N and his Aunt May--

[It shows Y/N and Peter introducing Michael and Miles to Aunt May]

Miles Morales: They were there for me and Mike. And so were the two Spider-Men. Who I also found out was Y/N and Pete. Crazy, right? Then when the Devil's Breath Crisis started, things got intense. It seemed like all of Spidey's villains were on the loose. I managed to do my part and help them out. And, after all that - believe it or not - two spiders bit Mike and me. And we started to.... change. We didn't want to worry our mom, so we went to Y/N and Pete. And now? We're officially Spider-Bros! They've been training us up and we're actually getting pretty good with this while web-swinging thing...

[It shows Y/N and Peter taking off swinging as Michael and Miles follow]

Miles Morales: We're still learning to juggle this responsibility with everything else in our lives: school, friends, a new home - we moved to Harlem a few weeks back. But I'll tell ya - I can't wait to see what the future holds!

[It then fades back to the present time. It shows Miles and Mike on a train as Miles is on his phone, and Michael just waits. The train then stops as the announcer says over the intercomn]

"Now arrving: 125th street."

[Miles puts his phone away as the two get out of the train. They then get a group text from Rio Morales]

(Ma: I'm stuck at campaign HQ. Can you pick up groceries for dinner? I'll text a list.)

[Mike then responds to this]

(Michael: Sure thing. We'll be home soon)

(Ma: Thank you!)

[Mike responds with a thumbs up. As the two come up the stairs. Mike then puts in his earbuds. And listens to music]

[They then walk to a Rio Morales stand with different signs telling to have Rio be a part of the City Council. Miles helps a man put a couch in a truck. The man says thank you, and Spanish and Miles say no problem in Spanish as well. The two are then stopped by an art of Spider-Man and Scarlet Spider on the wall. Mike takes out his earbuds and says]

Michael Garrett: Woah...

Miles Morales: That is so cool!

[They see two African American men and women painting this on the wall. They walk up to it. Mike then says]

Michael Garrett: We got ya.

[Mike passes a gallon of paint at the man]

Mural Painter: Hey Thanks.

Michael Garrett: No problem.
