I'm working on a cat quest 2 fic because I really didn't like the ending and I've already made cover art along with a banner.
I made the cover art using shuffle (Pinterest off branch) for the background, the characters are official art if remember correctly, I edited the lighting in using Kirry as a light source, I flipped the background upside down and lined it up so the prettiest parts would show slightly but I had to blur it so that it looked like light. I erased that overlay from Kirry and the heroes pupils and then used the smudge tool to give them a faint glow.

I'm really happy with the banner mainly cause it didn't take that long if we don't count messing around with the text color

It's just a free ibis paint background and a font called 'billion dreams' if I remember correctly
I also made a thin banner for it with kirry (had to edit out the shadow and text box myself) and another free ibis paint background.
