Yeojin. Her name translates to goddess in Korean. Choi Yeojin, candidate number 35 on the interviewee roll of Hwacheong group of companies, looks like her smile lines have ceased in her 20s. Choi Yeonjun, the hot intimidating interviewer that the company hires every month to hire new employees, doesn't seem to like it. Yeo jin looks sharp, a promising glint in her irises as she is fiercely staring at the camera in her photo in her resume. He could sense the talent from just how much effort she put to groom her short hair, it is short for that matter , quick and efficient according to him, parted on the left side of her face like a teenager going through puberty, a thin small braid pulled from her hairline above her ear show how fashionable she is. Overall, he gives her a 90 percent, he has a smile snarling on his face until he hears his cabin door burst open.

Yeonjun remains calm, his gaze not lifting above Yeojin's resume as his personal assistant, Beomgyu rushes inside with a few jumbled up paperwork for his authentic signature. His face is dripping with tension and anxiety of not being able to meet the deadlines. Two years ago, he was an intern at Hwacheong, with no experience, trust funded and forced into working for three months with a group of junior employees that Yeonjun himself sorted on various project lines and titles. He has at most been successful at a number of projects, but he doesn't take the pleasure in it because working as a corporate employee was not his dream. You win some , you lose some. Beomgyu was glad that he was being paid a week's worth of groceries , shelter and clothes in a single day. He still needed to hustle for the penny , he has had severe mental breakdowns before , opted for acupuncture therapy to cleanse his root chakra and all sorts of astrological particulars even his multi millionaire mother didn't know he was into.

"Excuse me sir, I'd like your signature on three of these papers and could you please verify with the report that I sent three days ago? " , Beomgyu asks nervously as he tries to maintain his professional composure by rearranging the papers to make it easy for his boss.

"Yeah, find me a pen while I check this list ", Yeonjun replies as he places the resume on the table, skimming through the details with a smile.

Beomgyu dives in to search for an ink pen on the counter in a classic pen stand and offers it to him with the papers forward. He was afraid that he was going to get nagged for presenting his paperwork that looks like it has been cooked by the ratatouilles in the sewer. His perfectionist boss however glances at the papers each one time and aims his pen for a quick and crunchy signature each. A sigh of relief washes down Beomgyu's shoulder and a smile appears on his face.

"and the report that i sent you to cross check ", Beomgyu asks as he receives his paperwork.

"I want to look at the soft copy, bring your laptop here" , Yeonjun commands him, tapping the back of his ink pen on the table softly.

"Sure , i left my laptop for charging, I'll bring it right away " , Beomgyu says , diligently bowing down before turning towards the door in strict corporate obedience.

Beomgyu was starting to think it was all a fever dream. His boss, his god awful perfectionist boss, skimmed through his paperwork for less than 5 seconds and signed it without sending him for three more revisions. oh my god. He was losing his mind at this point. He told himself that he'd go to the church and opt for church service to thank god for this miracle.

While for Beomgyu it seemed like he had won a pot of luck, Yeonjun seemed to not take his eyes off candidate number 35.

How interesting would it be to listen to her voice just by her appearance?
