The sound of waves crashing, people talking in the distance, the birds chirping and the faint Dominican music oddly put you at peace. You were laying out on a chair, tanning, on the beach of Punta Cana. Your team brought you a hit worth a good hunk of money, but you extended your time to vacation here.

"Well, hello there." A man's voice said.

You opened your eyes and looked over to see a darker bald man with sunglasses on staring at you with a gigantic smile on his face. You pulled your sunglasses down slightly and looked him up and down. If you were interested in men, you definitely would've messed around with him. But you could still admire his eight pack.

You scoffed and put your sunglasses back on as you turned away. "Nice try. I'm not into men."

"O-Oh, my bad." He said.

"Okay, that's enough Derek. You need to stop drinking and stop harassing women." A woman's voice said with a chuckle.

You looked over once again and saw a raven-haired woman in a red one piece bathing suit.

She looked at you with a nervous smile. "I'm sorry about him."

You shook your head. "It's okay. I'm used to it. It makes my day seeing men's face's when I tell them I'm gay."

She chuckled and look over at 'Derek' with a raised brow. "That had to hurt your ego."

"Exactly why I love it." You said as you shifted your position to sitting straight up with your feet hanging off the side of the chair, touching the sand.

"I'm Emily." She held her hand out.

You stood up as you took her hand and shook it. "Y/n."

"And my drunk cat-calling friend is Derek." She pointed at him.

He simply chuckled and shook his head.

"How long are you in Punta cana for?" Emily asked you.

"I leave in two days."

"So do we! There's a party tonight at the lounge by the tiki bar, we'd love to see you there. Plus you can meet the rest of our group. They don't have an ego as big as his though, don't worry." She offered with a smile on her face.

Derek put his hand over his heart and hissed. "Ouch."

You lifted your sunglasses and placed them on top of your head as your eyes bounced between the two of them. "I could never turn down a party." You said.

"Great." Her brows furrowed slightly. "You're here alone?" She asked.

"I was here with a couple of my friends, but I was the only one who extended my stay. Vacation isn't really their thing." You said. Of course they believed you.

"No, no please! I have a family! I don't wanna die!"

You leaned over him with your gun pressed against his chest. "You, are the scum of the earth. I'm doing you and your family a favor." You smirked.

Emily was about to say something when a woman's voice was heard.

"Derek, please don't tell me you're still harassing women on the beach."

She stood next to Emily with a drink in her hand. She had a royal blue one piece bathing suit on that accentuated her curves with a white crocheted dress cover up over it. Her blonde hair was also perfectly curled, despite the humidity. Her soft brown eyes looked over at you.

You looked her up and down as you involuntarily smirked. "Yeah. You guys need to put a leash on him or something." You held your hand out to her. "Y/n." You softly smiled.
