I absolutely loathe this chapter because it isn't as badass as it would be in the anime, but it had to be done. This is what would happen if MC is canonically in Blue Lock.

Chapter 11: Conferences over Training, Reputation above Skill
Without even batting an eye, he knew. The air shifted as the lady threaded her way through the artificially lit hall—the faintest whisper of her presence—and the heavenly aroma that he had come to associate with her flooded his senses.
Her signature that left a ghostly and intoxicating pressure upon his chest. The prodigy shut his eyes, transiently paralyzed by the ambrosial swirl of vanilla and white musk, tinged with the caramel gourmand notes that lingered sweetly like the taste of forbidden fruit on the tip of his tongue. It was hers—that scent. That perfect blend, which no one else would dare to imitate, for it belonged to her as surely as her name belonged to his lips.
The male knew the scent as consummately as he knew the pattern of his own heartbeat. He had long ago committed each of its facets to memory. From the delicate top notes, the smooth, unfolding heart, to the lingering warmth of the base. His gaze grew unfocused as he recalled those years, those blessed years, when he had been close enough to count the seconds she spent spraying those fragrances upon her anemic skin.
In her younger years, the years he'd most intimately known her, she sprayed three mellow fragrances on her skin every time she'd went out. Though unconventional in the country, she was never judged as pungent by onlookers. Perhaps due to her natural charm, it had become her signature when she walked into an inodorous room.
The renowned company so luxurious adored her work, they worshipped her beauty as if it was art so much that they'd dedicated artisans and perfumers to craft a vial that would embodied her very essence. Customized eau de parfum and colognes that they'd deemed a signature to her soul, specifically concocted for this maiden.
There was a time where he'd attempted to spray the perfume on his pillow, but it was never the same despite the fact that he chose the exact brand and perfume. Only then did he realize that this scent of hers was only luscious if it was on her skin, when it was mixed with her natural scent.
The last air that escaped his throat hitched as he parted his lips, wanting to taste the sweetness of her name in his mouth. As if it could summon the her he knew in his memories and pull her back into his arms.
"[Name]..." the whisper escaped his lips as if it was the only air left for him to breathe. The boy swallowed the tightening of his throat, his teal eyes burned with the grief he refused to acknowledge as if it would repress his woe.
His hand twitched, and he crushed his longing into a fist. His mind was fractured and desperate as he combed through each and every detail—countless sleepless nights spent scavenging the corners of the internet, piecing together fragments of her existence just so that she wouldn't be lost, wouldn't dissolve into the fog of his memory.
Not once had the auburn-haired male wish for his heart to tighten as much as he did now. Not once did his child self ever imagine that this ephemeral sentiment would come visit him more than seasons would in a year.
The wistful nostalgia that would make him yearn for to turn back the past. The possibilities of this turn of time if he'd only begged her to stay did nothing to soothe his aching heart.
Wishing for time to turn back, it had only passed by. Even as he blinked through each flash of his memory, not once did his body shrink to when he was young. To when his heart was whole.
