"Hi guys." Rumani greeted as she approached the group. Her and Roman had just came from the deli and met up with everyone.
Ddot looked up hearing her voice him and the girl haven't talked in some weeks. Was it mostly because of him? Yes, he had been falling in his hole again and was kind of shutting everyone out again. Rumani walked over to him after hugging and greeting everyone personally.
She dug in her bag and handed Ddot some Doritos, "Here" Ddot mumbled a thank you and started eating the chips. "Why you aint been callin or texting?" She asked him. She didn't know why Ddot wasn't calling or responding to her text. Rumani would text but never get a response, so she just stopped.
"I'm sorry-" Ddot started, but he got cut off by a voice.
"ROMAN IS THAT YOU?" A girl yelled walking over to Roman.
Everyone turned their heads not knowing who the female was. Roman rolled his eyes as her and Rumani instantly mugged the girl. "Star gone somewhere bitch." Roman waved her off.
"Bitch? Star ain't no bitch nigga." The girl she was with spoke up, causing Rumani to get up and walk over.
"You her spokesman or sum?" Rumani asked crossing her arms. She ain't like how someone who ain't have nothing to do with a situation spoke on it. The girl star was with ain't have to open her mouth, but she did.
"No but-" the girl started but got cut off by Rumani.
"But nothing star can speak for herself the fuck." Rumani mugged the two. "Y'all can gone bout y'all business I don't know why y'all even came over here." Rumani waved the two girls off. Star was Roman's ex they were together for two years and broke up last year. The only person who knew about the relationship was Rumani. Roman wanted to take things slow with the girl, he eventually fell in love with her.
"Bitch who the fuck are you. Word to you a little ass girl!" The girl bucked at Rumani which made her necklace come untucked from her shirt.
Roman pulled Rumani back a little bit not liking how close they were. Rumani got a close look at the necklace seeing that there was a picture of Rumani and her mother in it. Then in clicked in her head that it was her necklace that broke. Rumani had thought she lost it, "Where you get that necklace from?"
