You looked up checking the time on the wall. It was finally the end of the day and time for you to head back home.

You cleaned up your area and waved goodbye to Tara and you other coworkers who were still working or leaving themselves. After the long week, you just wanted to take the weekend to yourself and rest. Just thinking about all the missions and fighting you did this week made you even more tired than you already were.

Once finally outside the building you finally began to make your way back home. Halfway from your apartment you felt your phone vibrating in your pants pocket, pulling it out to see it was Rafayel on the screen. You quickly answered and placed the phone on your ear.

"You finally off Miss Bodyguard?"

"Yup. I'm heading home as we speak."

"Great, so am I."

"Oh? Did you head off somewhere as well?"

"Yes. I had to go hunt down some more materials to make a certain color of paint I need for my current project. Didn't find exactly what I needed, and I got tired of looking."

It was quiet for a few seconds until Rafayel broke it by asking how your week was and you told him about the certain wanders you fought and the amount of paperwork you had to fill out from missions. Once you made it to your apartment door you said your goodbyes to Rafayel and ended the call walking in, finally being back home. You took your shoes off and made your way to take a quick shower and change into some classic sleepwear.

Just as you were about to lay in bed you heard the doorbell ring, stopping you in your tracks and becoming confused. It was about eleven at night. Who in the world would visit this late? You threw on your house slippers once again and made your way towards the front door, opening it just to find the tall, purple haired male you were speaking to a while ago.

"Rafayel? Why are you here? Is everything alright?"

"Oh I'm fine Miss Bodyguard. I told you I was coming over didn't I?"

"Umm...no not exactly."

"I'm sure I did." Rafayel looked you up and down and raised one of his eyebrows.

You gave yourself a look as well stepping aside allowing Rafayel to step inside, only for him to slip his arm around your waist, pushing the door closed with his free arm once he fully stepped inside.

"My, my. This is the pair I bought you last month isn't it?" Rafayel ran his long fingers up and down your hip and side, feeling the texture of the sleep shirt.

"Maybe?" You answered sarcastically.

Rafayel let out a deep sigh mixed with a low laugh before leaning down and placing a deep but quick kiss on your lips. It's been a few weeks since the two of you were alone together. Let alone kiss, hug, or even do any physical activity together. You felt your body become turned on from just the kiss alone, but your body was exhausted from work.
