"It's fine" you say, pulling the knife from your chest and dabbing at the blood on your shirt. "Believe it or not this happens more often than you'd think"

Story (Narrator's POV)

We see Izuku in his pro hero costume standing off against a villain who just tried to rob a bank who in an attempt to get away stabbed Izuku in the chest "it's fine" Izuku says nonchalantly as he pulls the knife from his chest while dabbing at the blood on his shirt trying to clean it off "you know believe it or not this happens more often than you'd think" Izuku told the villain with a slight chuckle and now the man looked at him like he was crazy

"What the hell are you talking about and why are you laughing weirdo?" The villain asked Izuku who's chest had just fully healed "wait you really don't know who I am because if you did you would understand what I just said" Izuku askes the guy in a curious tone "I know who you are your the pro hero that's standing in the way of my freedom" the guy said angrily through gritted teeth "well allow me to introduce myself I'm Deku and before I had even graduated from UA I had fought the LOV multiple times and met me tell you this they had this psycho girl named Toga who was obsessed and I mean some real yandere type shit obsessed with me but she was also obsessed with blood and knives specifically my blood because her quirk allowed her to transform into anyone she wanted so long as she had drank that persons blood" Izuku explained to the villain who's eyes went wid e because now he knew he was dealing with the kid who took down All For One but then he started to laugh

"Well Deku you a right about one thing" the villain said while still slightly laughing "oh yeah and what was this one thing I was right about?" Izuku askesd him curiously "Himiko Toga is one crazy delusional bastards I ever heard of" the villain said before continuing to laugh "well your not wrong about that but that doesn't mean I am going to let you get away with this yo broke the law and you have to pay for your crime" Izuku said in a firm authoritative tone of voice

"Sorry Deku but I can't let you arrest me my family need this money to survive and I have no other choice" The villain told him desperately as Izuku just got a shocked and confused look on his face "what do you mean?" Izuku asked the man curiously "Im quirkless and can't get a decent job and my wife although she has a quirk can't work right now because she's pregnant and we can barely keep the lights on as is so this is all I could think to do to try and get my family some money and I knew I was gonna get caught but I had to try to do something you know" the man explained as Izuku felt a connection to this guy because in him Izuku saw himself if AllMight hadn't given him OFA "hmm gimme a second to think here mr OH Im sorry I just realised I didn't get your name" Izuku said with a slight chuckle as he rubbed the back of his neck

"Mr Nobunaga nice to meet you" the man said as Izuku smiled and thought of something "well mr nobunaga as it happens I need a new assistant after my last one left my agency so how about you come to my agency tomorrow and don't worry we have shower and laundry facilities in the building should you need them and have a trial run and we can go from there how does that sound hmm?" Izuku asked mr. Nobunaga as the man seemed to think for a second before dropping the gun and duffel bag he was holding and putting up his hands "ok Deku I can do that" Mr. Nobunaga said as he slowly walked towards Izuku "you can call me Izuku Mr. Nobunaga" Izuku said while giving him his signature thousand watt smile "then please call me Kenji"
Mr. Nobunaga told Izuku who just nodded in response as the two walked away "ok then Kenji it is let's go back to my agency you can get cleaned up and you can eat before going home and here..." Izuku said handing him a business card "call that number and tell them Deku gave you the number and they will put you in one of my apartment buildings" Izuku said making Kenji's eyes well up with tears before he hugged Izuku tightly "thankyou so much Deku I mean Izuku this means alot" Kenji told Izuku as they got into a car and left for his hero agency

Time skip

It had been around six months since Izuku and Kenji first met and now they were good friends and Kenji was still working as Izuku's assistant and living in the apartment building Izuku owned in fact Izuku had even helped Kenji and his wife decorate their baby's room and he had dinner with them a couple times too

Right now Kenji was at his desk typing away writing up some documents and reports that Izuku had asked him to do when the phone on his desk rang so he picked it up "hello AllMight legacy hero agency this is Kenji speaking how can help you today?" Kenji asked professionally as he always did when answering that phone he ws surprised to hear his wife's voice on tge other end of the phone "Kenji it's me I need you" his wife said as Kenji started to think the worst "Mai what's wrong are you and the baby ok?" Kenji asked his wife frantically while worrying about not just his wife but also his unborn baby

"Kenji honey Im in labour the baby is coming NOW and Im on my way to Recovery Girl memorial hospital get here quick" Mai told her husband who immediately put down his phone and burst into Izuku's office "Kenji what is it what's wrong?" Izuku asked looking up from his computer "Mai is in labour the baby is coming" Kenji told him frantically as Izuku sprang up from his desk "ok stay calm Kenji I can get you there faster than anything else" Izuku told him before picking him up and activating OFA "One For All full cowling 75%" Izuku said outloud before taking off at breakneck speed towards the hospital

Time skip

Izuku paced outside Mai's hospital room waiting for news or anything really when he was pulled from his thoughts when he heard the door open and saw Kenji standing there tears in his eyes and a smile on his face "come meet him Izuku" Kenji said as Izuku nodded and entered the room and saw Mai holding a little baby boy who was swaddled in the green blanket Izuku had gifted them

"Aww he's adorable Kenji well done Mai so what is the little guy's name?" Izuku asked as Kenji and Mai looked at each other smiling before turning back to Izuku "he is named after the man that changed our lives his name is...Izuku" Kenji told him and now it was Izuku's turn to cry "thankyou guys that means alot" Izuku said happily as he then thought to himself

'Who would have thought all this came from me getting stabbed'
