The club was enlightened by the screams and enthusiasm in the crowd. The thronging mass got bigger every second you looked into it.

This event was made by many school's coming together, taking the biggest groups to exist in them and turning it into a small concert. People from all sides came, from schools, ex-students, teachers, and normal people, who had to pay extra to enter. 

There was a backstage area created for Enhypen at the back. Prom was the next day and honestly... it was draining for Sunghoon. He was sweating profusely and was tapping his feet continously. He was extremely nervous.

Niki seemed to notice it all. Jay noticed it too, and the others were busy practicing. 

Jay walked up to Sunghoon. "Hey, buddy. You alright?" He asked. "I'm not ready, Jay, I'm not ready." Sunghoon answered immediately and almost in a hurry. "Would your dad like to hear you say that? Would your dad like to see your nervous?" Jay said, trying to uplift, Sunghoon's feelings. 

Sunghoon exhaled loudly. "You're right. I'll perfeorm well for my dad. For my fans."

"NEXT UP, COMING TO PERFORM, EVERYONE'S FAVOURITE, PLEASE WELCOME BAND 007, ENHYPEN!" 

All the 6 memebers heard the crowd go crazy from the backstage. Sunghoon's body froze and he felt his hands going cold. "Sunghoon don't worry. You'll do it! Fighting!" Jay said as he rushed to get his drum set.

They started walking on stage, making the crowd jump with excitement. The outfits, the visuals, the instruments, the arrangement, everything looked so perfect. 

Sunghoon's nervousness started kicking in. Heeseung had given his starting speech and so did Sunoo and Jungwon. Now it was turn to perform. 

Sunghoon and Niki were placed in the far ends of each other. So that they could stand out in their part. After 2 minutes, the part was coming... Sunghoon was getting ready.

He closed his eyes and... did his magic.

Niki and Sunghoon played together, majestically. They were in rhythm. They played like they were meant to play this part together. Sunghoon's eyes teared up a little on the thought of his father being proud. 

Once it was played, the audience fell silent. Sunghoon's eyes opened. He was quite anxious. Sunghoon's face instantly warmed and began to well up with tears. Did he play wrong? Was any note wrong?

Suddenly, the crowd started screaming Sunghoon and Niki's name and clapping hard. Sunghoon's face instantly brightened and began to well up with tears.

The other members expressed pride in the two of them as well. Niki was quite impressed with Sunghoon. After thanking the audience, the members left backstage.

Sunghoon left the guitar lying on the sofa. He felt a strong hug suddenly come from behind him. "I'm really happy for you! YOU PERFORMED AMAZINGLY!" Niki gave him a tight hug.

All the other members at them and then at each other. They all smiled at the two bonding like this.

"Wow, you two look like a couple." Sunoo grinned as he spoke. His ability to pair people never fails. "N-No, we aren't in a relationship." Sunghoon gave Niki a little shove. He had a clearly unhappy expression on his face.Jungwon noticed it. Oh, that's fucked up.

Jungwon sighed. "Hey, Niki, remember that you promised to buy me food after this?" Jungwon excused himself and dragged Niki outside.

"Dude, do you like him!?" Jungwon excalimed. "Lower your voice, Won, shh! Y-Yes, yes I do." Niki scratched his neck. "Dude... Propose!" Jungwon replied, facepalming.

Jungwon sighed. "Alright, dude, here's my plan." Jungwon said, whispering to his ears."While your in the club, ask him out for a drink. Then slowly propose to him."

"I-I.. Can try.." Niki said as a blush spread across his face.
