Isabelle hugged Marty's arm and started to escort him to the Twin Pines Mall. The sun had fully set as they walked, and the cool night air settled around them. The mall lights glowed in the distance, creating a halo of illumination in the dark.
When they arrived at the Twin Pines Mall, they saw Emmett 'Doc' Brown standing beside a strange-looking DeLorean. A dog sat inside the car, patiently waiting.
"Doc!" Isabelle called out, waving enthusiastically.
Doc turned, a cautious smile forming on his face. "Ah, Isabelle, right on time! And who is this young man with you?"
"This is Marty McFly," Isabelle said, her tone warm. "He's a childhood friend of mine. We go to the same high school."
Doc looked Marty up and down, his eyes narrowing slightly. "Hmm, I see. Well, any friend of Isabelle's is welcome here. Though I admit, I don't usually trust outsiders around my experiments."
Marty shifted uncomfortably. "Uh, nice to meet you, Doc."
Doc nodded, still wary. "Likewise, young man. So, what brings you here tonight?"
Isabelle glanced at Marty, then back at Doc. "Marty's having a tough time with some things at home. Maybe you could help him understand why his parents are the way they are and why Biff Tannen is such a bully to his father."
Doc and Isabelle exchanged a meaningful look. Doc sighed, then gestured to the DeLorean. "Very well. Let me show you something, Marty. This," he said, patting the car's hood, "is a time machine."
Marty's eyes widened in disbelief. "A time machine? You've got to be kidding me."
Isabelle smiled reassuringly at Marty. "Trust me, Marty. Doc knows what he's doing."
Doc explained, "I built this machine to explore the fabric of time itself. And to demonstrate, I'll send my trusty companion Einstein here a minute into the future."
He handed Isabelle a camcorder. "Isabelle, could you please record this?"
"Of course, Doc," Isabelle said, positioning herself to get the best shot.
Doc set the time on the DeLorean, and the doors closed around Einstein, who sat calmly inside. "All right, Marty, stand back. You're about to witness history."
Marty stood beside Isabelle, watching with skepticism and curiosity. Doc activated the time circuits, and the car began to move on its own, accelerating rapidly.
Before it could crash into the wall, the DeLorean vanished in bright light, leaving only a pair of fiery tracks behind. Marty stumbled backward, his mouth agape. "What the hell just happened?"
Doc turned to Marty, a triumphant grin on his face. "That, my boy, was a successful temporal displacement. Einstein is now one minute into the future."
Marty looked at Isabelle, still in shock. "This is insane. Are you sure about this, Isabelle?"
Isabelle nodded, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Absolutely. Doc knows what he's doing. And if anyone can help you understand your family and their struggles, it's him."
Doc checked his watch. "Now, we just wait a minute, and you'll see Einstein return safely."
Marty glanced at the empty spot where the DeLorean had been, his mind racing. He turned back to Doc. "Okay, Doc, let's say I believe you. How is this going to help me with my parents and Biff?"
Doc looked at Marty thoughtfully. "By understanding the past, Marty, we can influence the present and change the future. Sometimes, seeing things from a different perspective can provide the answers you seek."
