The house of Beacon was the Academy of the Residenceof the United States in New York. The academy trained teams of Vigilantes agents to save the world from the plague from the what happened years ago after and before the two worlds of Earth and Remnant both merged into one world as one. It was overrun following an assault on the academy by Blaze Argent in conjunction with corruptions and Dark Eclipse. Prior to its fall, the headmaster of Beacon was Adam Broom.

History -
Following after the end of the war, the house of Beacon of the Residence Academy was founded in North America in a state of New York. Along with the other three houses of the same Academy, they were all founded in order to train vigilante agents to stop the criminals and monsters in order to save the world. In the 80 years following the founding of the academy, Beacon trained many generations of vigilantes agents, including RWBY and REBLS.
In the past, Yin Branwen originally joined the academy not to become vigilante agents, but to kill them instead due to her being the only other threat to her tribe besides the corruptions. While she originally planned on returning to the tribe after graduating, she had a long thought to make a decision for herself, but only she eventually returned. It was stated by Yin that many people also joined the academy for ulterior motives instead of actually becoming vigilante agents.
