Sorry if I got your hopes up, but this is just me, wanting to tell you how terribly excited I am for both Doctor Who and Sherlock! I can't even tell you how happy I am, and how much I want it to be both September and December.
For those of you who doesn't know, Doctor Who got a teaser trailer for season 9, and Sherlock got a sneek-peek for the Christmas Special (which will be set in 19th century London). I don't even know what I'm most excited about!
But I got to tell you something when it comes to Doctor Who; I have never been more excited for a season before. The season 9 trailer made me fangirl quite a lot, and more than any other NuWho trailer ever have. Sorry if I took up your time with my excitement (might not seem like it, but I'm no big fan of writing in captial letters :P) and I hope you have a wonderful Friday!
By the way, I have a question for you guys. Who's your Doctor? And by your Doctor, I mean your favourite, or maybe the Doctor you first watched and that made you fall in love with Who. Mine's Twelve if you'd like to know. Eleven was the current Doctor when I started to watch, but he never really felt like "my sort of Doctor". I love them all, but there was something special about Twelve when Peter Capaldi's face first popped onto the screen in Matt Smith's last story that made me think of him as "my" Doctor.
And what episode/story is your favourite when it comes to Sherlock? It can be from the series, the films or the books. What story do you think best capture the genius Sherlock Holmes bright mind? I can't actually decide which story I like best, but it would be fun to hear your opinions.
Right then! Also! I am updating this story, but it's a slow process since I got a job over the summer that will end in three weeks. Worry not, dear WhoLockers! I will still (mark the still) try and update as soon as possible :P
See you around!
