Sunghoon wrestled with his thoughts, pacing back and forth in the quiet of his room. The evening sun cast long shadows across the floor, a testament to the hours that had passed since they returned from their schedule. He replayed the day's events in his mind, focusing on every interaction with Sunoo.
"He barely mentions it to me anymore," Sunghoon murmured to himself, his brow furrowing in concern. "Maybe he's not interested in anyone right now."
Jay's words echoed in his mind, urging him to speak up if he felt something. But the fear of rejection gnawed at him. What if Sunoo didn't feel the same way? What if their friendship became awkward because of his confession?
He sighed heavily, sinking onto his bed. His fingers tapped rhythmically on his knees as he mulled over his decision. Despite the uncertainty, Sunghoon knew deep down that he couldn't keep his feelings bottled up any longer. He had to take the leap, for better or for worse.
The sound of a notification jolted him from his thoughts. It was a message from Jay, probably checking in on him after their earlier conversation. Sunghoon smiled faintly, appreciating Jay's supportive nature. He typed a quick reply, assuring Jay that he was fine but deep down, he knew he needed to confront Sunoo soon.
As the sky outside darkened, Sunghoon made a silent promise to himself. He would confess tomorrow, before the weight of his unspoken feelings became unbearable. With a determined nod, he reached for his phone, setting an alarm for early morning. Tomorrow would be the day he laid his heart bare.
The night crept on, the soft glow of his desk lamp the only source of illumination in the dim room. Sunghoon's mind buzzed with nervous anticipation, his thoughts wandering to how Sunoo might react. Would there be a chance for something more between them, or would their friendship forever change?
Finally, exhaustion caught up with him. Sunghoon lay back, staring at the ceiling as sleep slowly enveloped him. Tomorrow, he resolved, he would find his answer. For now, he closed his eyes, hoping that sleep would bring clarity and courage for what lay ahead.

As the day progressed and their schedule unfolded, Sunghoon couldn't help but steal glances at Sunoo. He noticed the subtle tremble in Sunoo's hands, the occasional blush that colored his cheeks, and the frequent trips to the bathroom under flimsy excuses. Each observation only fueled Sunghoon's determination to confront his own feelings and face the possibility of rejection.
Finally, as evening approached and they returned to the dorm, Sunoo had quickly excused himself to his room, mentioning he needed to rest. Sunghoon's anxiety spiked at those words, realizing that the moment to confess might slip away if he hesitated any longer.
With a deep breath to steady himself, Sunghoon waited until the other members had settled in before quietly making his way to Sunoo's door. He hesitated briefly, his hand hovering over the door handle, before mustering the courage to knock.
No response.
"Sunoo?" Sunghoon called softly, hoping Sunoo would let him in. When there was still no reply, he decided to push the door open gently, finding it unlocked. Stepping inside, he closed the door behind him and turned to face Sunoo. There, tears streaming down his face, lay on the bed, his vulnerability laid bare. With his legs spread wide, he explored inside of his own hole with his finger.
