I step into the ring with full confidence my boxing gloves striped to my hand,my mouth guard piercing my gum and my mask firmly placed, this was what I lived for the adrenaline pumping through my veins I was taking the belt home because I was Strike.
I looked out of the ring and spotted my parents,Mr and Mrs Steven the greatest boxing duo the world has ever seen.
They were giving me supportive looks as my Dad gave me a tiny thumbs up and I would have smiled at him if not for my mouth guard,my manger was massaging my shoulders aggressively as she told me the strategy which I didn't pay attention to,the announce began announcing me and my opponent.I gazed at my opponent who was a red headed 6ft Russian girl with a crazed look in her eyes,I didn't know her but she seemed to know me.
The referee signaled for the match to take off.
I throw my left fist at her which she quickly defended against and she threw her right fist at me which was a big mistake because she left herself open and if there was anything I was it was fast.
I took the opportunity and gave her an upper cut, which made her lose her bearings for a few seconds but that was enough for me to grab her left arm and flipped her as she lands on the ground.
I twisted her arm and pressed my body weight on her, she struggles but it's futile this was my killer move and the referee had began counting.
I had won,I had won the best young boxer at the age of eighteen.
I got up as the crowd went wild as the referee announced me as the winner the cameras began rolling the reporter started asking their questions but a loud scream from my mom got my attention as she shouted.
"Strike behind you" that is al I could register as I turn and see a chair hurling my way and then everything went dark.
