Chapter 4

It was lunch time and I had learnt a lot of things. No not academically because everything I was thought went through one ear and came out the other.
I mean I had learn a lot about the school.
For one the girls in the school are super competitive about their looks,many of them come from wealthy families,the teachers were super nice and also Healin was super smart but she could sometimes get carried away and that was also why Mr Orino disliked her.
I stood in front of the lunch line with the others,Heslin had a student Council meeting to attend so she couldn't tag along.
It was finally my turn and I expected the food to look horrible like how it dis looked on TV but it wasn't,it sure wasn't a five star meal but It definitely looked appealing to the eye.
I got three piece of chicken laps,some shrimps,a salad,an apple and a carton of strawberry yogurt.
"Wow,must girls don't eat that much" I heard a voice behind me say as I turn around.
I was greeted by the sight of a guy with green hair, tattoos over his left arm and a stud on both his ears,he was an inch taller than me and that was saying something because I am six foot 1.

"And most guys don't say that to a girl but here we are" I said and noticed he cracked a smile my way.

'Ok,that was mean new girl" he said with a playful hurt expression.

I then notice that people were looking at us as they whispered,I just couldn't stop getting attention today could I.

"Sorry for hurting your feeling Green" I said as I looked him in the eye and turned away to pay for my lunch.

"I see we are already calling each other nicknames" he said as he jogged after me.

"Stop pestering her Manzi" I heard a voice say and looked over to a table that was filled with cheerleaders and jocks.

I noticed the topical all American boy with his blond hair and his blue eyes with the school football team jacket.

"Don't be a sour puss Dan" Manzi said.

"Well sorry to inform you but she looks frustrated" Dan said as he got up and walked towards us.

"Ooo are you frustrated new girl" Manzi asked.

"Very frustrated" I stated.

I hear Dan give of a boyish laugh while telling him he told him so.

"Why because I have been told am good company or are frustrated for other reasons " he said as he winked I couldn't help chocking on the size of his ego.

"Please could you shut up"Dan said,as his face got red because of embarrassment.

"What,I was only stating the fact" he sruged his shoulder.

"You know what I am frustrated real frustrated I just wanted to have my lunch in peace but noooo instead I was forced to munch on you massive ego" I said as I finally lost it.

The whole cafeteria was silent so silent that the sound of a pin drop would sound like an earthquake but this was disturbed by chuckles which turned into full on laugh from both Dan and Manzi.

"She looked so cute" Manzi said as Dan agreed.

"Sorry were are my manner come on let's go and sit so you can have your lunch" he said as pulled me to the table he and Dan were sit at with his shoulder still shaking from laughter.

He sat me down and was about to take me apple when I caught is hand in a firm grip and flinging it to the side.

"I don't like sharing" much because I didn't have to I was an only child after all.

"Whatever you say new girl's"
