"How about talking to him?" Sedene asked.

So here Neuvillette is, sitting in the audience. Sitting and waiting for the that dammed match to begin.
Sigewinne sits beside him as an emotional support, rubbing his hand.
"Are you sure it's him?"
"I.." Neuvillette mutters out. "I can smell him. I smell him here. It feels so.. Familiar, so.."
"Mm. I feel the same thing. Like a strong deja vu. I felt it the second we entered this place."

______

When the man enters the ring, his breath hitches.

With arms crossed on his chest, he looks at the audience.

Their eyes lock for a second and his eyebrows raise.
After a while, the suprised look turns into a smirk and Neuvillette's heart misses a beat.
This feels so––familiar. It's been a while since he saw that smile.
The eye contact breaks when a microphone is shoved into Wriothesley's hands. He nods a small thanks and taps it.

"Alright, so.. Thanks for coming, everyone. I guess I'll need to try my best since Chief Justice himself came. Well, if he's cheering for me, of course." He gives him a wink.
People look around the audience and suddently all eyes are on him.
He clears his throat loudly and their attention is back on Wriothesley.

Neuvillette sits there watching becouse he just can't help it. A weird feeling spreads throught his body, paralysing him.
"What do you think?"
"Sigewinne it's––" He stutters out, at a lost of words.
He's like––he's like a mirror, like a twin. Not in a way he looks, of course but he moves exactly like him. It's like he's back in time.

__________

Neuvillette exhales when the match is over. He's not a fan of boxing. Like––not at all. And seeing Wriothesley get hurt made him feel things. He barely stopped himself from going there and kicking that guy's ass.

Mm.

...

Perhaps he should.

Yeah. Yeah, he will. A meeting in a dark alley after the match would be nice.

He gives a nod to Sigewinne and they both head to the exit. Sigewinne goes first and he follows closely.
When he's about to reach the door, he feels a touch on his shoulder. He flinches and turns around.
"Monsieur Neuvillette."
"Ah. Wriothesley."
"Did you enjoy the match?"

He did not.

"Indeed. Good job, Wriothesley."

"Ah, so you were cheering for me." He grins.

...

"I'll look forward to your next match." He says and heads out.

Neuvillette catches up with Sigewinne and when they turn around the corner, they both stop and exhale.

"How did the talk go?"
