"There's no way I'm doing that." I glower at her with a blank face.

"It doesn't hurt to try..." She shrugs, obviously wanting me to do it.

"Yeah, because it is me who does it." I roll my eyes.

"Then I will do it for you." She pouts dispassionately, extending her palms, eyeing me through beseeching eyes.

She really wants me to do it.

But no, no freaking way.

"Yeah, right." I stand up from my seat.

"Bye girl, I'm going to my room." I give her an exhausted wave before heading to my room.

Without having to look at her, I still know that she is having her eyes rolled at me right now.

But I am just going to ignore her ass and go to bed.

Because there are so many things on my mind that I need some serene time to ponder upon...

And I'm not going to text Damon.

It's almost 7:30 pm and my work here isn't finished yet.

I still have a lot to do with all these files and papers. I have to take care of an accusation of fraud by my former employee.

She was one of the best and I trusted her.

It's such a pity that she decided to screw everything up as revenge after I rejected her advances, causing a considerable loss of money for the company.

She got lucky I let her go.

I was in a good mood that day that I didn't want to take extreme measures to deal with her.
