Do You Still Love Me?

Chapter 2

A/N to be honest I don't know if Jeff is older or younger than Liu. So I'm going by what I first heard was that Jeff was younger than Liu.

Jeff's point of view

Its been years since I last saw Liu. Since that night. He hugged me tightly as I cried in his arms. "Liu, I'm so sorry. I don't know what came over me. I'm so sorry," I said over and over between sobs. He just rubbed my back, and kept telling me "it's okay Jeff, I know that night that it wasn't my little brother." Onyx sniffled and dried her eyes of tears that were forming. "I'll leave you two alone for a bit, than I'll show Liu to a room. Unless you want to Jeff" she said. I looked at her, "I'll do it," I murmmered. She smiled and left, shutting the door behind her. Leaving us I'm darkness.

Liu's point of view

Once Onyx left Jeff and I were left in darkness. The only light came from the moonlight that shined through the window. Jeff and I sat in silence. I could tell that Jeff has been depressed. I could always tell when something was wrong with him. I could tell that there was something between him and Onyx. The way he looked at her, there was something in his eyes. It was guilt and sorrow. It showed a lot more when he looked at her. Something must have happened recently. 'What happened between them? How long ago was it? Should I bring it up with him? Should I just ask him about life? Just start small, than work your way up to her.' I told myself.

"So Jeff," I began as he looked up at me. "How's life been? How have you been with everyone here?" I continued. He sighed before speaking "Well, life's been okay. Could be better in all honesty. Slender basically fathers us all, LJ is like the prankster here. BEN stays on his games, EJ is just like ehhhh whatever. Smile is actually a very good friend. Masky and Hoody are inseparable. And Toby and I don't talk much." Jeff finished. "What about Onyx?" I asked. He tensed. "She's......I.......We're talking, friends I guess" he said. "Jeff." I said softly. "Hmmmm?" He asked. "What happened between you and her?" I asked. "We broke up, she was mine. Than I put her in a coma. I didn't mean to, but she left. She told me she didn't want to, that she just couldn't be with someone who could hurt her. It's understandable, all her life people have abused her in ever way. Once she escapes that, she isn't going back." He said.

I finally understood. Jeff must have had an episode or something like that and hurt her. "I nearly killed her" he added. I put my hand on his head as his head rested on my lap. "She still loves you," I said. He shot up. "How do you know?" He said. "The way she looked at you when we first walked in, there was guilt and sorrow in her eyes as well. She feels the same way you do. Trust me, she may deny it. But she feels the same way you do, give it time. If you two were meant to be together than it will happen. Do you still talk?" I said. "Yea, I still love her, we still talk. Can we get off the subject please? I try not to think of her much, it hurts too much to bear" he said. "Sure little brother, so, tell me how life's been other than that" I said as I leaned back to rest on the huge bed.

"I'm one of the most wanted criminals in the country if that's what you mean." He said. I laughed, "Jeff that isn't what I meant. I meant how'd you end up here?" I said smiling wide at him. "Well, I was simply at a random cabin in the woods. I went to go killing one night and eventually I ran into the one and only Slenderman. He kept trying to get me to come back to him but me being me I was stubborn and was convinced that I had everything handled on my own. Until one night when I killed and on my way back I got surroned by policemen with guns. There was no way getting own of that, so I knew that if I was caught I was headed straight for the death penalty. So, I was like well life was fun while it lasted. At the last minute Slender teleported me out of there. At that point I was like so I could maybe use some friends, I came here and met the whole gang, Smile and me became greatest of friends and well. This became like family, than eventually she came along." He said looking down.

I opened my mouth to say something but was interrupted when Slender called us all for dinner. Jeff got up off the bed and I followed after. The first thing he saw was Onyx walking down the hall. He sighed. I put my hand on his shoulder. "I'm here, its gonna be okay" I said. We heard a loud scream, not like a scream like someone was hurt but a scream. "Why'd you unplug it! I was nearly done with a boss! I nearly beat the hardest level in the game! All my saved progress! My baby!" We heard a guy with elf ears, long blonde hair in a green outfit with a green hat. He was being carried by a tentacle from Slender. "You've been on that game all day, its bad for you. And its time for dinner." Slender said. "That's BEN," Jeff whispered to me as he pointed to BEN being carried by Slender.

"How does Slender eat?" I asked. "We don't know, he eats with us but we still don't understand....." Jeff said. We got to the kitchen and sat down at the table. Jeff didn't say much, instead his gaze kept directing to Onyx. He was the first finished with his food, he was so quick I could have sworn he inhaled it. "I'll be in my room," Jeff muttered as he walked away. Everyone than wore a sad expression on their faces. A single tear fell from Onyx's eye. She sighed and got up. "I've lost my appetite" she said as she walked away as well. I looked at everyone else. "They still love each other," the monochrome clown said, who I assume is LJ. "Than why don't they get back together?" The one wearing the white mask said, I assumed he was Masky. "B-be-because, O-onyx is sc-sc-scared" the one who kept having ticking sounds near them. Not that I was bothered by the ticking. Slender sighed. "We have to do something about them," the one in the blue mask said. "Agreed" BEN said. "But what?" The one with the orange hoodie said, I assumed he was Hoody.

"I talked with Jeff, he told me what happened. Maybe we should just give them time. If they're meant to be than it'll happen. If not than....." I said taking a bite of my food. "It just hurts seeing them this way" the dog said with a mouthful. "Well sure it hurts, but we need to give them time. How long ago did this happen?" I asked. "Almost a month ago," Slender said. "Than give it time, at least with me here I can keep Jeff's mind off her too much. I don't know how can do the same with her though" I said. "I-I can" the ticking one raised his hand. "Good, now. Mind telling me faces with names?" I said smiling. "I'm T-Toby" he said. "Laughing Jack" the monochrome clown said. "Hoody," the orange hooded one said. "Masky" the one next to him said. "BEN, and I'm the best gamer you'll find around" BEN said pointing to himself with his thumb. "Smile, spread the word" the red and black dog said with food in his mouth. "Eyeless Jack" the one with the blue mask said as he munched on what looked like kidneys. "And you already know me," Slender said.

"My names Liu" I said. Everyone was a little shocked. "So, I'm guess Jeff told you all about me?" I said with a chuckle. "Yea, he said you were dead" LJ said. "He thought I was dead. But I lived. I was in the hospital for a while." I smiled. "Now, who can show me to my new room?" I asked. "Toby, will you do it please?" Slender said. "Y-yes" Toby said as he got up and put his plate and Onyx's in the sink as I did the same with mine and Jeff's. Toby and I walked to my room in silence before I entered into the room Toby said. "You know, I feel this whole thing is my f-fault" I looked at him. "How?" I asked. "I t-took On-onyx's attention a-away f-f-from Jeff. He g-got angry. A-an took it out o-on h-her" he stuttered. "Don't feel that way," I said. "I-it's just, I look at O-onyx l-like a sis-sister" he added. "Well, don't feel that way. No one is to blame here. No one." I said. Toby sighed. "Get some sleep Toby" I said as he left, he gave a slight nod to affirm that he heard me. 'Now, all I need to do is get some sleep myself.' I thought as my eyelids got heavy.

A/N tell me if you want Toby stuttering or not. Its hard to do that, I don't wanna add too much stutter.
