Morning Mist

•Muichiro dream POV•

"CHOP CHOP"

"C'mon Mui, that should be enough." ??? says "Alright help me take this back." Mui responds. The two boys walk back to their house, "Hey kiddos! Did you get that wood I asked for?" said ??? "Ya ???, we got plenty for tomorrow too!" responded Mui. "Well, I did most of the work." Huffed ??? "Not true!" "Boys, Boys stop fighting and go help your ??? prep the table." "Okay ." They both responded. "I still did more than you though." Whispered ??? "Hey!" "Boys!" "We're going!" they both said while laughing.

"hey ??? do you need any help?" Mui asked, "Ah yes can you and ??? set the plates?:" "Sure thing ???!" Mui walked over to the cabinet opening it. "Hey the plates aren't here?" No one responded. "Hello? where did everyone...go?" "Hello!!! ???, ??? where are you! ??? where are you!" No one answered. "This isn't funny where are you guys at!" Mui said while beginning to panic. "PLEASE ANYONE ANSWER ME!!" Muichiro says screaming falling to his knees beginning to panic, "Haha." Very faintly in the other room Mui can hear what sounds like laughter. "Hello? Who's there!" Mui slowly open the door. "Hello? !!!" "Hi brother. Why didn't you save US?" " I-I-Idn't mean for anything to happen I was scared!" "WHY DIDNT YOU SAVE ME!" "I'M SORRY!" Muichiro falls to the floor sobbing, he looks up to see the bloody corpse of someone. "W-w-who are you!" No response. "It was your fault." ??? turns to leave. "WAIT! DONT LEAVE ME! PLEASE STAY, DONT GO!" ??? slowly walks out the door. "NO NO DONT LEAVE ME ALONE!" ??? leaves. " NO, no, no this isn't fair. THIS ISN"T FAIR!" Mui cry's clawing at the floor as his body fills with despair and he goes numb.

He slowly picks himself up, the feelings of sorrow and pain fading away only leaving him numb. Muichiro wakes up in a cold sweat. The memories of the nightmare slowly fading from his mind. "Hmm what's that?" He gets up and opens the door, we walk out to the scenery of the sunrise, and the morning mist.

•Out of dream Mui's AWAKE POV•

"CAW CAW! TOKITO YOU HAVE AN UPCOMING MISSION TO THE SWORDSMAN VILLAGE!" "Hmm. The Swordsman Village?" "YES! CAW CAW! YOU WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE LOVE HASHIRA AND TANJIRO KAMADO!" "Hmm. Tanjiro? Tanjiro? Who?" "THE NOBODY WHO TRAVELS WITH HIS DEMON SISTER!" "Hmm. Oh him. Well this will certainly be interesting. When will we depart?" "CAW! IN ABOUT TWO DAYS! CAW!" "Okay, allow me to prepare then." "CAW! OKAY! SAY ARE YOU FEELING ALRIGHT YOU DON'T LOOK SO WELL!" "Oh I'm alright, just a....bad dream." "CAW! OKAY!"

T(....) means thoughts and the letter Infront is the character first initial

M(Hmm Tanjiro? Isn't that the boy who headbutted the eyebrow missing hashira? Well that isn't certainly gonna be interesting. Maybe I should pay him a visit? I heard he's resting at the butterfly mansion after his last mission. Hmm, maybe I'll go.)

•Tanjiro POV•

"CAW CAW! TANJIRO KAMADO! YOU WILL BE GOING ON A MISSION TO THE SWORDSMAN VILLAGE!" "Oh really thank you for telling me!" "YOU WILL ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE LOVE AND MIST HASHIRA!" T(Two hashira's? This must be a really serious mission then! I really hope I can be of use to them!) "YOU WILL DESPERATE IN TWO DAYS!" "Thanks, I'll be sure to say bye to everyone before I leave!" "CAW CAW A MESSAGE FROM THE AMAZING MIST HASHIRA!" T(Oh? A message from the mist hashira I wonder what it could be about?) "CAW THE MIST HASHIRA REQUEST YOU MEET HIM AT THE FLOWER GARDEN NEAR THE BUTTERFLY MASSION! YOU BETTER NOT KEEP HIM WAITING!" "Alright! Tell him to be there in 5! "CAW YOU BETTER OR ELSE!" "haha T(His crow is kind of rude.) haha)." T(Well I better go see what he needs or else his crow might just kill me!)

•3rd person POV•

"Hmm, pretty flower." "Ah hello Mr. Tokito!" Tanjiro says while bowing to him. "Was there something you need from me?" Tanjiro asks. "Ah not really I just wanted to see who I was going on a mission with." Mui response calmly. "Ah, that makes sense!" They stand there for a few minutes in silence. Tanjiro thoughts T(This is awkward! what do I say???) As Tanjiro thinks of how to break the silence Mui slowly walks up to him. T(Huh? What is he doing?) "Hmm, you remind me of the rising sun." T(Huh!?) "Um thank you?" "Your welcome." T(That was kinda wired but at least it broke the tension! Maybe I should response with something similar?) "Um you kinda remind me of the mist. Like the mist from this morning!" M(Huh he said I remind of mist?) "I mean you are the mist hashira so makes sense because that's also you're breathing-" While Tanjiro continues to ramble Mui thinks to him self M(His hair looks soft.) "So ya that's why you huh?" Mui moves closer to Tanjiro and pat Tanjiro's head [mind you he's shorter than him] "Huh!" "Soft." T(So close) "Sorry your hair just seemed soft." "Oh um its not problem! Maybe a warning next time! he-he" "Well I'll be on my way." "Oh ya I still need to say bye to everyone!" "I'll leave you to that. I'll see you in a few day's." "Ya! Until next time!" Both go there separate ways with an experience that will eventually blossom into young love.
