"So you had an idea?" A pale gray tom asked, flexing his claws into the soft dirt.

"If you both follow my lead, your plan will work out, and I already have a plan for Whitepaw." A enormous dark figure answered, he had wings like a vampire bat, a lizard like body, and teardrop shaped silver scales by his pale eyes. This creature could not be from anywhere near the forest. He glanced at the two with a challenging gaze. He was freaky and untrustworthy, but the only decision they had if they really wanted to rule all the clans. They could become the most powerful cats of all, and then there would be no one who could hurt them like they had been hurt before.

"How do we know that we need Rabbitspring killed? She couldn't be any use of the prophecy...wouldn't it make sense to leave her alive and kill the others?" It seemed the ginger she-cat was hiding something, surely the most feared cat wouldn't insist on saving any cat. She never had.

"We must kill them all!" The bat-like animal snapped, "That includes the little outcast over there." He pointed with a claw to a small pale gray medicine cat apprentice. She wasn't even part of the prophecy, why was she trying to fix it? Slash looked at the apprentice who was many badger-lengths away, and rolled his eyes.

"That thing is interfering with your plan." the dark scaly creature added, he wouldn't be so caught up in this plan if it wasn't that the other cats knew how to get him out of here, apparently he was stuck in some different dimension. He didn't call the walking pink creatures twolegs, but scavengers. It was crazy how many different words you could think of for them. The dark creature was not much taller than Slash or the ginger she-cat, but he liked to tell his that in this other dimension his wingspan was bigger than a mountain.

"She isn't part of the prophecy, she doesn't deserve to be killed..." Slash pointed out, who looked like he was hiding something as well. His eyes had changed from annoyed to shocked.

"Idiots! Both of you!" The lizard-like creature groaned. "You two want to rule over all of them, and I want to get back! So we're going with my plan! You guys are not saving any of these prophecy cat's lives!"

"No one said that." The ginger she, Poisonfang added. "We just were...putting it into consideration. I don't care about any of them."

"Shadepaw will be responsible for killing Whitepaw." He had seemed to have taken it into his own reptile claws. "Slash, you will be responsible for making sure he kills her." He glared at him.

"Alright... ." Slash meowed. Shadepaw had the skills, grief, and the idea of killing other cats. All Slash would have to do was teach him to hate Whitepaw, and then Shadepaw would do it himself. The weird thing was why he seemed like he didn't want to do it. Slash looked at his paws, and felt the cool ground.
