{September 1st ; 9:10pm} Room 404 ; Scara's POV:

Where is that stupid blonde... well not that I am worried about her... it's true I promise, I am not. Just, uhm, it's getting quite dark and knowing Sumeru city, it's not quite safe for ladies to wander around at that time... not to be creepy or anything, just saying

While unpacking I heard her telling me that she is leaving. Why would she even care? Jezz, probably trying to be nice

Whatever, I am quite hungry anyways, so I can get something to eat while searching for that short blonde. I'll probably scold her for not being careful... huh, what am I even thinking, I am not her parent or anything like that, I'll just bring her back to the dorm

I was still in the same outfit that I was wearing this morning, because I was too lazy to change it. It's just plain black shirt and black shorts, I don't want to dress anything special for the first day of school because it's not even that important to me, I am literally gonna forget about this place in a few years, why would it even matter. After I finished unpacking my stuff I just laid on bed, scrolling on social media and ignoring my friends calls. I am too lazy to go out anywhere today, so they can wait for another day to hang out or ask just me in person if they are that desperate

I grabbed my wallet and went out to get something to eat... hoping I'll see her somewhere

{ A few minutes later... }

"Why am I even worried about her... She literally means nothing to me" I though to myself as I was ordering food from the last opened store right now

I got Shimi Chazuke, it's my favorite dish. I got it as a take-out since I don't want to eat outside when it's dark. I don't even want to go outside, I fucking hate going outside. These bird sounds and people talking on every corner are always pissing me off

As I thanked the vendor for my food, I noticed a glimpse of golden hair in the corner of my eye

It's Lumine

She was wearing something different then this morning... why did I even memorize her outfit... I sound like a crazy maniac or a stalker now. But it doesn't matter, I have to follow her to make sure she doesn't do any stupid things or go anywhere unsafe. I have this feeling in my chest telling me that something bad will happen to her if I won't follow her

I quickly grabbed my order and started following her

She was just walking around Sumeru city, she seemed so happy... Her bright smile made me feel warm inside my stomach... ew. What am I even thinking... hmph, how pathetic

She was walking to the darker place of Sumeru, which is not good, I heard rumors about new crazy people luring around there, not a great place for anyone to go to for sure. Well, I really hope that those are only the rumors and not the truth

I heard some cries near where Lumine is. Which is very suspicious. I hope she doesn't... oh fuck she did follow the noise... Stupid bitch...

Fuck, now my food is gonna get cold and I have to save this random girl I don't even care about. I'll scold her for making my food cold and following random noises without making sure if that's even a safe thing to do
