Room 404 [ Scara x Lumine ] {Modern AU}

[ Chapter 1 ]

{ September 1st , 5:35am } Lumine's house:

"I hope I won't stand out that much"  Lumine thinks as she ties her hair into a very small ponytail and clips a white flower clip to make it look better. She was also packing her things into the suitcase that she will take to the Academia

Today is Lumine's and her brother's Aether's first day in the Academia. But since it's 3 hours away from the house, they will get their own dorms

She isn't very excited as her family was, because moving houses wasn't easy for her. They had to leave a lot of friends and family members behind just because their parents got a better job that pays only a bit more then the last one.

Well... she isn't complaining though, because now she can start a "new life" and find better friends than her last ones (Her old friends were very mean and used to bully her a lot)

"Lumine, come down, the bus is about to arrive" She heard her brother call her out her name

"One moment" She responds

"That one moment will take another 20 minutes" He snaps back

"Jezz, fine..." Lumine picks up her backpack and suitcases and checks her outfit one last time to make sure she looked good.

She was wearing a white skirt with pink shirt, a strawberry-pattern cardigan, leg warmers and white shoes. Yes, she really liked pink and white colors because it gave her so much comfort by just looking at them.

"LUMINE YOU BETTER COME DOWN, AND FAST" She heard Aether call her out again

"OKAY OKAY I'M COMING" She followed her brother, they hugged their parents and said their goodbyes, locked the main house door and entered went to the bus.

{ September 1st , 8:40am } Academia of the Sumeru, Scara's POV:

"Yo, edgy emo guy, over here" I hear this annoying voice behind me. It was Venti, one of my old friends. I never liked him, neither do I like him now. How did we even met then? Well I was minding my own business when this green haired bastard started talking to me and introducing me to his group for no fucking reason.

"You drunk idiot, I have a name"

"uh huh, you do? Wow, that's amazing, what is the name?" Venti snapped back

"Whatever" I responded and didn't follow him, instead I entered the class 10-4 and sat in my usual spot, in the back of the class. Those nerds that sit in the front rows and so irritating, always talking about nerdy stuff

I heard that they will give out the dorm keys today, which is good, I hated carrying all of those bags with me for the past hour

As I was spacing out, I heard the teacher enter the class and shout to the others to shut up and listen

"Hm, okay as I was saying... CYNO I SAID SIT DOWN." Mr. Zhongli is our home teacher, he is really stern and strict, but I like him. I heard rumors about him dating our P.E. teacher Mr. Tartaglia. I hope these rumors aren't true because I can't imagine those two... ew.

"Oh" Oh yeah, Cyno, he is quite the same as Venti. I don't like him, but neither do I hate him, we were friends since middle school, he just kept me company anywhere I went

As he sat down, two golden hairs with their bags entered the class

This blonde girl.

She is very... pretty
