Camilla Whitlock walks in, looking as powerful as always.
She drops her suitcase on the table. "Come on, little brothers of mine. Tell me, why did you lie to mom and dads?"
Sebastian and Aiden start frowning at her. Aaron is still behind my back, but he's collecting himself again. I swear to God, I'm gonna kill Seb.
I turn to the boy, wrapping my arms around him. "You okay?" I whisper. He nods, sucking in deep breaths as he wipes his tears away. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to react like this," he whispers before hiding his face in my chest.
I brush my hand through his hair continuously, hoping it calms him. "Hey, baby, no," I whisper. "Don't apologize. It was stupid on Seb's behalf to talk about this without letting us know what he's planning, but normal for you to react like this. Of course this happens."
He nods, still sniffling. I glance over my shoulder, seeing Camilla laughing with Micah and Aiden while Sebastian is trembling. He's actually trembling.
I frown at him, but he doesn't see it. He's staring at the glass of water in his hands, eyes closed. When his sister lays a hand on his shoulder and laughs again, he roughly pulls it away. "Fuck off, Camilla."
She snorts, but realizes he's serious and frowns. He rolls his eyes. "Oh, what now—" "Yearwood, get here," I snap, not wanting Camilla to be upset.
His jaw hardens as he glances at me. "No."
I harder my gaze. "Sebastian, get the fu—" "Listen to her and treat her with respect, you fucking bastard. Or I'll have you dragged down to the bottom of the society by the end of the fucking month," Aiden grits out. Seb sighs, but leaves his glass on the table and stands up.
His eyes are set harsh, but he walks past me to the hallway and waits there for me. I pull Aaron with me.
The second I turn around the corner, the sight gets me off-guard. Seb is now completely shaking, sitting on the floor with his back to the wall.
Aaron stiffens before crouching down besides him and pulling him to his chest. Which surprises me most is Seb accepting it, just leaning against the boy's chest while sobbing.
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to upset you, I swear! I would never invite Nina here without your permission or knowing, even if I wanted it to be a surprise. But how you reacted-I'm- God, I'm so sorry," he cries.
Aaron lets out a little sigh. "Oh no. You're crying because I was crying? Don't do that. I'm fine now, see?" he whispers, lifting Seb's chin with his fingers and pointing to his face. "No tears. Can I wipe yours away?"
Sebastian shakes his head, wiping them away on his own. Aaron smiles at that. "I trust you to not do those things, and I reacted like that because of the heat of the moment. Maybe try to not be so mysterious next time, okay?"
The grown ass man nods. "God, why are you so adorable?" He lets out a wet laugh. Aaron shrugs, grinning now too.
I watch them start to smile before joining in. "Adorable and fuckable." Seb smirks and clearly agrees, while Aaron softly gasps—although he tries to muffle it—and starts flushing furiously.
I peck his forehead before pulling both of them back tot he living room. Camilla rarely visits, and I want Seb to enjoy it. Maybe Aaron can too, but if he doesn't get in the right mindspace to socialize, I'll help him escape.
Aaron squeezes my hand, sticking to my side while Seb goes over to Camilla and apologizes for earlier. Luckily, she laughs it away, throwing a playful insult to his head. He smiles effortlessly, like he always does around her.
Like everyone does around her. Just like everyone does around our pretty boy.
"Are you okay?" I check in on said boy. He nods, looking around the table with curious eyes. Camilla catches sight of them and smiles, almost starts to squeal too. "Here he is! Aw, look at that cute little face," she admires.
Aaron looks at me with wide eyes. I give him a small shrug. Yep, this is how Camilla is.
"I can't believe you told our parents you're not fucking him," Camilla says to Aiden her eyes still on Aaron's face, which flushes horribly again. "It's clear you'd rather risk your career than not having your dick up his ass."
Aiden starts sputtering in protest, but Camilla shoves her hand in his face to not hear it. I grin. I should do that more often, because it gets him glaring and not talking.
"We didn't lie," Seb says, though, capturing Camilla's attention and rescuing Aaron. Aaron, who slightly groans and hides his face in his hands. "Things have . . . developed since they passed by."
Camilla nods, biting a piece of the chocolate in her hand. "Mhm. Mhm. Sure, Sebbie, whatever helps you sleep at night. All I know is that this boy is not ever touching another man again without getting a spanking for it because damn, I know you're possessive as fuck."
Seb scowls at his nickname. Aiden scowls at the fact he's called being possessive, even though he perfectly is. So, I prove it by asking Camilla how the new boyfriend is.
"Camilla, one word about him and I'm sending my team at him," Aiden grunts. Both me and his sister roll our eyes at that. Aaron starts snickering, but Aiden's scowl turned at him have him pretending it to be a cough.
"Well, he has a lot of money, this sweet child and . . . oh! The greatest dick," she dreams, sighing loudly. Both Seb's and Aiden's fists clench visibly, their eyes narrowed on their sister.
She laughs. "God, you're so easy to mess with. Don't worry, I'm kidding. He's actually a lawyer, without any criminal record and teaches a small class in the evening."
That has both men relaxing the tiniest of tiny bits. "He's a good guy?" Aiden asks, more like grunts. Camilla nods, giving me a wink. "I wasn't lying about the dick," she whispers, sending me and Aaron chuckling, who heard it too.
"What was that?" Seb rises in his chair. Camilla pats his head. "Nothing, Sebbie. But alright, I gotta take off. Some parents want to see their favorite child."
Walking back to our front door, she has Aiden and Sebastian following with protests, until they're out of sight. Micah turns to us, smirking. "So about what she said earlier—"
"Go to your room, baby," I interrupt Micah. Aaron nods, blinking in a way that shows he's a bit tired.
That sucks. For him. He gets five minutes before we're sending him a note saying he has to be in the playroom, soon.
It's fucking playtime.
