Luna's POV

After my conversation with Cedric, I when straight to the kitchen, good thing I didn't get lost in this castle, but I couldn't quite shake up the feeling that Cedric was still hiding something, I couldn't ask him about the Harbingers in the end, Angus told me only Cedric could answer that.

As I got to the kitchen, I started making lunch with what ingredients we had in the kitchen, I wondered how they got their food supplies since they are always holed up in this castle.

my concentration was cut off by a whistling sound it sent a chill down my spine, the wind was blowing now relentlessly, and the warm kitchen felt cold all of a sudden, I turned my head towards where I thought I heard the sound coming from towards the corner at left side of the kitchen that was the dinning area with about fifteen chairs and a long massive exquisite table, I went behind the dinning and leaned into the window sil,

The grounds was way below and covered in snow, it was like looking from the top floor, the foundation of this castle is really high up I thought my thoughts drifting, I decided to return back to my cooking, I was just a little past the dinning area, but I stopped short at the middle of the large room, at the sound of the whistling sound again, this time it was more sharp like a knife had cut through my heart, I clutched my chest, I was making my way to the door, Cedric!, I needed to call for help, the first name that came to my mind was Cedric.
As I approached the door I was met by a petite woman she looked a little advanced in age she had a boy and girl by her side, they appeared younger than myself, I was speechless, the words wouldn't come out of my mouth, I felt like a trapped mouse, "hi", the woman said looking at me intently, "where's Angus", she asked letting herself through the kitchen door, "umm", I said trying not to stumble over my words, "upstairs" i said pointing up, "Angus didn't tell me we were expecting any guests", I said looking from her to the other two she came with.

"oh I'm Marie" the girl said approaching me one step at a time "and that's my brother Maël", she glanced towards him and back to me, "we are twins actually, in case you're wondering", "oh", was all I could manage to say", you know the Harbingers castle is sanctuary to all who comes seeking refuge no matter who", Rosa said I could feel a chill about her, she carried an air I couldn't understand, like I couldn't relax my nerves "I missed here", she said glanced back at me, "and I'm Rosa", the woman finally says, "Rosa!", I blurted out, wide eyed, I started wiping my hands on my apron "I didn't know", I said as I approached her taking her hands, they were so cold, maybe from the early snow, I thought.

"Come I'll make you some tea, you're freezing" I said dragging her Futher inside, as I rushed towards the hearth. "Are you new" she said, her voice echoing from the dinning area, "yes I came two days ago", I said loud enough for her to hear me, "any friend of the Angus is a friend of mine", I told her. She chuckled as I handed her the tea, we made little conversation, I told her I had just heard from Angus this morning about her lose, she only smiled warmly, then I returned back to making lunch, soon Rosa came to help me, I saw that she was really good at making the soup, as we spoke about the village she came from, "I've got something from there to show you", i smiled, I felt a slight pang of tear as we spoke, I remembered home, I could feel the warmth of my mother here again, I felt a surge of mixed feelings.

I nodded my mind wondering far, "I think the potatoes are ready", Marie says, "what about the master of this castle", Rosa asked, "you mean Cedric?, He is upstairs", "oh", she responded like she was in some kind of thought, her hard tilted to the side without giving much of an expression, my eyes followed her every movement, but I was pulled back by Maël's questions, "what's he like?" He asked, I was still trying to put pieces together not knowing what to really tell him what Cedric was really like, the next thing I heard was Angus's voice, "Rosa!", We turned to see Cedric, Bay and Angus standing at the door.

I guess everyone was really happy to see her, Angus practically ran over to met Rosa, he must really have missed her, "Rosa", he said again, "you came back, I thought, well, you know", he kept saying, and she just stood there smiling, "how's the baby?", he finally asked her, she stood smiling for some moments before she finally, "they are all doing great Angus", she reached out and take his hands in hers, "I'll tell you all about it but first, tell me how you've been Angus", she say pulling him away from us, "Cedric's been acting strange", Bay says casually, "well isn't that just classic Cedric's behaviour", I told him, "right, right", he said with a chuckle,
"that's just how he is right?, I almost forgot his mood sometime", "yeah", and we laughed again, "that's why I like him, I enjoy getting on his nerves", I was wide eyed I threw my hand over my mouth, Cedric could be really rude at times, I know he had the gentle overprotective side, but wouldn't he just destroy everything if he was mad, that was how I pictured him as someone to be careful around, "is that him sitting over there?" Maël whispered to me refering to Cedric, "yes, the one in all black", Cedric had his signature black button up shirt have buttoned up and his black trousers and a pair of black leather boots, he sat cross-legged reclining on the dinning. "We'll go say hi", Marie said and headed over to were Cedric was.

I wanted to talk with Cedric alone about what I felt earlier before Rosa came, I couldn't shake off the feeling, I felt naked standing in the kitchen, like different pair of eyes were watching, exactly how I felt before I was attack back home, I chatted merrily with Bay, trying to drive away my worry but I got scared, I noticed at dinner Cedric wasn't having any meal, he only picked through the meal, maybe he didn't like it?, Was he angry again, yet again with his crazy moods, I'll have to get him something for the road, but maybe I'll ask him why he isn't eating after, but the he got up to leave as well, after Rosa and Angus.
As I watched the twins approach Cedric, I realized I wanted to speak with him alone about the unsettling feeling I'd experienced earlier, before Rosa's arrival. The sensation lingered, making me feel exposed and vulnerable, like unseen eyes were watching me. It was a feeling I knew all too well, one that had haunted me since the attack back home. I tried to brush off my worry by chatting merrily with Bay, but my fear only intensified.

At dinner, I noticed Cedric wasn't eating. He merely picked at his food, his expression unreadable. I wondered if he simply didn't like the meal or if something was bothering him. Was he angry again?, succumbing to one of his infamous mood swings? I considered offering to get him something for the road, but first, I wanted to ask him why he wasn't eating. However, before I could muster the courage, he got up to leave, following in the footsteps Rosa and Angus.
