Chapter 1

Paige's POV

Ok school starts back in a week...I'm at open house super excited to see who's in my class. I'm scrolling the list lets see,I know Jazmine,Kim,Simone,and a few other people....omg. OMG!!! Edrees! He's in my class! I can't wait to annoy him!! Gosh I'm excited....

FIRST DAY

Edreess' POV

I missed open house so I'm not positive who's in my class....I walk in and see Trevon,Cameron....Paige! Wow! She looks great!! She's in the back while I'm in the front. That's ok though. She sees me...just smiling while her eyes are sparkling....something tells me something will change this year. Something.

Paige's POV

"Stop boy!" I'm yelling at Edrees. He won't stop taking my pencil. "Y'all need to stop flirtin" Lea says. "We are not flirting!!! He's just being annoying!" I say back. Edrees and me are now like best friends. I think his hormones kicked in though because lately, he's been staring at more than my face. "Yo Paige!" I hear Lea yell. "Yessss?" "What's going on with you and Edrees? Do you like him?" "What? No! That's just my friend." I lied. I've liked Edrees for about a month now. I can't say anything though. That might ruin our friendship. In plus, he has a girlfriend. Her name is Brittany. I know I shouldn't be cussing in 5th grade, but she's a b**ch. She thinks she's all that. I don't know why Edrees goes out with her. She's loud and dramatic and he's shy and chill.... But every time I say something he gets mad.

Edreess' POV

Paige always ask me why I like Brittany. I don't really like her like that. I just wanted her to stop Bugging me. I have to act annoyed when someone asks me about it so I won't seem like I don't like her. You know who I really like? Paige. She's pretty,smart,funny,and so much more. If only I could tell her. Oh,well. I've always wondered one thing though. Does she like me any? If I could find that out....I would be half way happier. Maybe I should get someone really good at getting the truth to ask her. But who? I know! Trinity. She loves that boy. He's kinda girly. I don't talk to him but maybe he could do me the favor.....maybe.

Paige's POV

"Lea! Gimme some! Your my best friend!" I screaming at Lea to give me some Cheetos. "I thought I was your best friend!" "Edrees,your my boy best friend." "I thought Sasha was." I laugh. Sasha screams at him "shutup!" We all have a long laugh then Trevon walks over. " Y'all picking on me again?" "Not yet." Mrs.Martin blows the whistle. We all run inside. As usual though,Kim,Jazmine, and Laila walk in about 2 minutes late. "I shoulda known Edrees and Paige were gonna be in here. They go everywhere together." There goes Kim running her mouth again. "Shutup kim!" Screams T.J. She's the tallest,strongest,and the most bad tempered person ever. Nobody dares to mess with her. I'm glad she my friend. Catliyn though,never knows who to not mess with. Everybody in our class has either almost or already fought her. She's a trailer trash girl with a big mouth. The only person she hasn't stepped to is Lea. Why though? She's the quietest person...well,when she wants to be.

Edreess' POV

I see Paige slowly getting more angry. Hopefully she won't say nothing. That starts a fight always. I don't think she was until Jazmine said "do u have sumthing to say?!" Then it started. Paige stood up and said, "look,I don't have an issue with you. All I want you to do is leave me alone before I do have an issue with you!" Jazmine just looked shocked and petty,then walked over and sat down in her seat. I looked at Paige who seemed annoyed but confident. She looked up at me and I smiled. She smiled back. There was an awkward silence in the classroom till Sasha finally said "why so quiet you guys?" Sasha is Paige's other best friend. Those to will gang up on you in a second.....but they do know when to be serious.

HEY YOU GUYS IM NOT ALL FINISH WITH THIS WHOLE THING BUT IM TIRED AND WEAK BUT I PROMISE I'LL BE UP EARLY AND WILL FINISH HALF OF 5Th GRADE YEAR TUMMAROW AND THE REST SATURDAY!!!!!!
