Urokodaki pov: I was just doing my job of finding out who this guy was whom seem to be committing crimes in the corps that unsetted the master. So he sent me the former Water Hashira Sakonji Urokodaki to a location to where he be located at, so I agreed to his confinement mission he requested me to. So I entered the village as a regular customer, then I asked some questions to some people saying they never seen anything suspicious until one group of people caught me eye. Then they all went to this alleyway which seemed to grow my curiosity more to what was back there hiding in the darkness. Soon enough screams were heard if you paid close attention from the people beside you, you'd hear people screaming to which sounded like they were getting tortured from something wat bigger than them. As I looked closer, I saw a figure which seemed to be a young girl running as fast as she could limping as well, then saw the light infront of her making her shed tears of joy. She made it out, not noticing me at the wall behind her, then an arm reached out grabbing a hold of her wrist making her yell out for someone to help her out. She's in luck for I came up to them, and grabbed to girl out of his grasp, looking angrily at the man. He looked at me in fury as he charged at me about to punch me, but I flipped him over, as he landed harshly onto the ground making him pass out. The police came, and arrested him, putting the man into a car, and I gave them full inspection of what happened, so they wrapped up the case, left with the man, as I took the young girl with me to a Hotel so she could rest. Then in the morning she still hasn't woke up yet which began to make me worry, so I brought her back to my house where she is laying on a bed still not waking up, as I sat at my fire cooking some food for myself, and her if she even wakes up.

Yuu- Ughhhhh........where-where am...I?
Urokodaki- Your in my house to where I will be taking care of you. For now on.
Yuu- It's you again isn't it?...The man..who saved my life....the other day?..
Urokodaki- Actually 4 days ago child.
Yuu- That's how long I've been out for!?...
Urokodaki- Rsst for now, and don't worry I'll feed you from where your laying.

Urokodaki- Indeed now in a week or two, you will start your training with me, as I'll teach you all the basics of Water breathing.

As a couple of days went on Yuu finally stood up walking, but needed more time to rest to fully start walking normally, then to practice running the next weekend. Then as this continued Urokodaki had a talk with her about demons, and what they could do if they weren't fully decapitated yet, and how fast they could regenerate if they devoured as many humans as they can. Yuu remembered Daki at the Entertainment district, and wondered if she died, or was still alive yet destroyed the district she was in. Soon Yuu was ready to train, as she gotten better for she didn't looked so skinny anymore which made Urokodaki happy to see her in shape, and back to normal for once. Yuu started out by trying to breathe for the technique, but to be slapped, but tried again only to fail twice as much then she started by running with Urokodaki on a dirt road as a starter bases.

She practice swinging a sword Urokodaki lended her until she made it to 1,000 swings, and then she was sent to train under a waterfall that was freezing to her since she ever got under one in a long time. As soon as she was done, night came upon, as she sat on the floor eating rice balls, and fish from the river. Then as time passed on she was sent to her final exam which was to cut a rock in half in order to go to final selection the coming year. She tried many times, but her attempts failed not until one day, she cut open the boulder in surprise she'd be going next week. Urokodaki was pleased at the moment for her let Yuu come back home, and eat as much as food for her exam she be sent out for next week in Final selection.
