"Namjoonieeee!"

A young boy of 19 with round glasses, a bit too big for his face, looked up from his seat to see his best friend approaching him.

"Oh, Hobi! How was the test?"

"Aced it! I'll pass this one."

Namjoon looked at him pointedly. "That's not very reliable, you know?"

Hoseok huffed. "How many exams do I ace, Joon-ah? Let me have my moment!"

"Okay, you do you."

The class was in chaos as the teacher left the class. The students loosely assembled in their respective groups to gossip. One of the kids burst into the class and immediately leaned in to hear what a group of girls were discussing.

"Waah, I can't believe that nutsack actually had the audacity to say that!"

"I know, right? That's why he fucking failed today's test."

"He deserves it— Yah! Kim Seokjin, you bastard!"

"How violent, tsk tsk." Seokjin sauntered past the girls and came to halt near Namjoon and Hoseok's desks. "Hey, kids!"

Kim Seokjin, the sweetheart of the school, was the menace of his own class. All the students of Grade 3-1 knew what a pain in the ass Seokjin was. Everyone he approached always sighed in rejection and said only one thing, "trouble is here."

"Killed it. That paper was fucking easy. Hobi? Joon— okay, you'll probably get a full score."

"Yah, Prez! Settle the fucking class!"

Namjoon immediately got up, ignoring Seokjin and Hoseok who cussed out at the particular student. "Yah, you nutjob! Are you so fucking incapable of settling yourselves?"

Now, you had to be an idiot to not see that Grade 3-1 was one of the awful classes out there with the most unlawful kids in the class. It was as if the worst of all classes were sometimes chosen to assemble and Kim Namjoon and Park Jihyo were the unlucky ones who were chosen as the President and Vice-president of the class. Namjoon was the one responsible for every damn thing and the class didn't even respect him. Actually, they didn't respect anyone except their homeroom teacher. Namjoon continued to scream and shout until his voice grew hoarse until someone stepped in.

"Shut the fuck up, you bastards!" The class fell into an immediate silence and everyone turned their head to the back of the class. It was Min Yoongi.

The class broke out to talk again, this time their voices were much lower, almost murmurs. "What's wrong with him, huh?" Someone said, along with many others but Namjoon never heard them. Someone clapped his back, breaking him out of his gaze and it was Hoseok.

"Isn't he so helpful?" He joked. Seokjin appeared on the other side. "So mysterious too, isn't he, Namjoonie?"

"He's so cool!" Namjoon said under his breath, eyes wide, looking at Yoongi who was writing something.

Min Yoongi was the most mysterious boy— okay, maybe not that mysterious, just aloof— of their class. He transferred from Busan a couple years ago to Seoul and was one of the best students of their grade. His reserved aura and cold looks attracted many but eventually not being able to gain his attention or annoyed by his unfriendliness, they left him alone.

A few moments later, the homeroom teacher came in and everyone settled down. "Good morning, kids and ironically my morning wasn't so good."

"Was your boyfriend being a scumbag again?" Go Hee Rak shouted out, raising his hand.

"Yah, Go Hee Rak, she will never be interested in you!"

"Shut up, Choi Na Bi!"

Ms. Im banged her hand on the desk loudly three times, silencing the class. "Children, silence please! Also, Hee Rak, I'll not hesitate to send you to clean up the boys' washroom after school." She cleared her throat again and now looked around at her class with disappointment.
