  Aayu gulps down the medicine in one go without any tantrums. Adi then makes aayu lay down on the bed and starts patting his head. Soon aayu falls asleep and adi pecks his forehead and tucks him properly and then leaves to his office.

Hi guys back with another update hope you like it. English is not my first language so kindly ignore my mistakes.

Time skips to afternoon

Aayu woke up from his sleep with heavy breathing he was feeling breath less . He looked around to realize that his dada was not there with him. He got up from his bed taking the support of the side table. He slowly came out of the room and tried calling for his dada but to his bad adi was at office and all the servants were downstairs. Aayu decided to go down stairs even though he would pass out at any moment. He slowly started going down stairs while holding the wall for support. Suddenly he felt his surroundings get blurry and he felt his knees getting week. He was about to trip down from the stairs when he felt a pair of strong arms lifting him.

FLASHBACK

After adi went to office he was feeling uneasy and couldn't concentrate on meetings.  So he decided to do some file works so that he can distract himself.

After a few hours

Adi sighs and closes his laptop with a loud thud. His PA present in the room flinched.

Adi : clear my schedule for today .

His PA nods as yes and goes out. Adi tries to call aayu but remembers that his phone is with him as he is grounded. He decides to go home and spend some time with aayu so that aayu feels a little better . He picks up his keys and drives home.

Adi pov,

I thought of spending some time with aayu so that he feels better and I can take some rest from office work.

Author pov,
Adi has lately been working on a project which has taken him days and sleepless nights. He even worked without taking leaves. And now he needs a bit of rest as he is tired.

After adi reaches home he enters inside and directly goes up stairs to check on aayu. He was going upstairs when he saw aayu was about to trip down from the stairs he went and picked him up in bridal style.

FLASHBACK ENDS

Aayu looks up at the person who picked him up it was no other than his dada.

Aayu : dada ( softly more like a whisper but audible to adi)

Adi : han meri jaan kya hua. (he said while entering aayu 's room and making him sit on his bed.)

Aayu : dada i can't breathe properly.

Adi hugs aayu and starts rubbing circles on his back to calm him down. When ever aayu is sick he always gets panicked once he wakes up as it gives him flashback about his parents.

After a few minutes,
Aayu finally calms down and his breathing gets normal. He looks up at adi with doe eyes and keeps his head on adi 's chest and hugs him more tightly . Adi starts patting his head. After a few minutes of long hug adi pulls back and cupped aayu 's face and kisses his forehead.

Adi : are you feeling better now?

Aayu nods saying yes.

Adi : fine then let's have lunch and then have your medicines OK.

Aayu again nods.

Adi asks the maid to bring the lunch. Once the lunch arrives he starts feeding aayu while having some funny conversation with aayu to distract him. After lunch aayu has his medicine without any tantrums which was really surprising to adi. Then he makes aayu sleep and walks out of his room and goes towards his room and freshen up and goes towards the balcony and calls someone.

Adi : ????? He again started getting those nightmares the medicines aren't working on him.

????? : he will be fine adi just calm down and come for a check up tomorrow. If he still has night mares disturbing him i will have to increase the medications. ( he said the last part slowly)

Adi gets heartbroken after listening to him and cuts the call and looks up at the sky.

Adi pov,

How many days? How many more days Mama. it has been 9 years he has been taking those medications and nothings working on him. I wish you both were here right now.
