Chapter 04⭑🎸⊹ ࣪ ˖

(Kinda short chapter)

You had fallen asleep and the exam was over...Mrs. Kim tried waking you up but you were still in deep sleep...Wonbin tried waking you up but you were still sleeping...Sohyun came upto your table and pat your shoudler "Hey wake up!!" she yelled and you woke up in shock..."Woah you didn't have to scream", you say and she replied "I did have to cause we all tried waking you up but you still didn't" ...Mrs. Kim took your paper and Sohyun asked "By the way, how was the exam"...."It was easy...how about you?", you ask...without hesitation, Sohyun replied "Pfttt that was one of the easiest exams I have ever done"...she grinned and said "Get ready for 2nd place princess" and you respond, "Hah, tell that to yourself"...she walked away and Wonbin, who witnessed the whole thing, asked, "Woah are you guys enemies or something?",

"No it's just that she and I are fighting for 1st place all the time...we are friends but in a competitive way", you say as you try to reassure Wonbin..."Anyways how was the exam?", you asked Wonbin..."Hmm it was okay", Wonbin replies...."Wanna go grab lunch together?" asks Wonbin again..."Yeah okay", you said with a warm smile on your face...you packed your stuff and left your class...you met Karina on the way..."Wanna go to my place?", she asks but you frown and reply "Oh I'm going to grab lunch with Wonbin", "Ohhh I see", Karina says with a grin on her face..."Ughh no I'm just going with him as a friend", you say and just then, Wonbin comes upto you.."Hii Y/N", he said in an overjoyed tone...You say hi and you noticed a bunch of girls walking towards you....

"Hiiii oppa!", said 3 girls in unison...You cringed at the word "oppa" but Wonbin just waved at them..."Can I please have your number?", asked one of the girls from the group..."I'm sorry but I can't give you my number", said Wonbin...The girls sighed and frowned...One of the girls in the back came up to him.."Hey I'm Minji, I want your number right now", she said in a serious tone..You and Karina were pushed over by the crowd of girls but you two watched all the drama (Aespa reference lmao)

"I already told you, you can't have my number", repeated Wonbin...Minji walked closer to Wonbin and said "Hey I asked you nicely...Give. me. your. number",  Wonbin ignored her and grabbed your hand and walked away...You were shocked as you could hear the group of girls questioning each other whether the both of you were a couple..."H-hey they might think we're a couple", you said in fear and he said "Let them! It's better if they think that and they'll finally stop troubling me"...you turned back and saw Karina waving at you...you waved back and walked together with Wonbin.

The both of you walked into a small café and sat down at a table..the barista came up to you and asked "Hey, you're Y/N right?"..You recognized his soft tone and immediately knew who it was even before you looked at him...It was Anton..."Oh my god Anton!!! It's been a long time!" You stood up and gave him a loooong hug and looked at him..."How have you been?", you ask him and he replied "I've been well!! How about you?", you respond "I've been well too!"...He says "Woahh it's been like....3 years since we last met!" and you answer "Yeahhh you look great!" 
"Thank you, you too!!" he replies...

"Oh and he must be your boyfriend!", said Anton while trying to force out a smile..."Oh he's just my friend", you say as you glanced at Wonbin..."Anyways, what would you like? Oh and it's on me because of our reunion", said Anton..."Ohhh no it's fine I'll pay", you argue and Anton also tries to convince you that he'll pay..."haha okay fine but only for today", you say and Anton agrees...

Anton leaves to get you guys what you ordered and you sit back down and face Wonbin..."Who is he?", questioned Wonbin..."Oh he's been my friend for most of my life and we met each other after 3 years because he moved schools", you say..."Okay", replied Wonbin blankly..

15 minutes later

You and Wonbin were about to leave when Anton came back to talk to you again.."We should meet up sometime!", adds Anton as you agree..."Yeahhh what about at my place?", you suggest as Anton nods..."Okay then bye Anton!!"...."Byeee Y/N", said Anton as you walked out with Wonbin...*sighs* "It was nice meeting Anton after all these years", you say and looked at Wonbin, he hums and continues walking without responding to you..."Where do you live so I can drop you home", asked Wonbin.."Oh no I can go home by myself from here...Thank you", you say but Wonbin stopped infront of you and faced you..."No I'm not going without dropping you at home", he says in a serious voice..."Hmm fine", you agree and continue walking with him..

You and Wonbin had to cross the road and he asked you to hold his hand..."I can cross the road myself..I'm not a kid", you say but he replied "Hold my hand"...You do as he asks and hold his hand..The both of you crossed the road safely but you were still holding hands...you tried to let go but he tightened his grip..."Uhm my hand?", you ask and he says "Just hold it for another minute", he said...You were confused but then you saw the girl from before...It was Minji...

"Haha I guess you two are dating", said Minji..."Oh uhm no-", you tried to respond but Wonbin cut you off "Yeah, Yeah we're dating! You got a problem with that?", "Woahhh chill out", replied Minji...You look at Wonbin in shock as he pulls you away from her..."When the school gets to know, you guys will be the most famous couple in the school", said Minji...You tried to tell her that you guys weren't dating but Wonbin was pulling you away...

"Why did you tell her that we were dating?", you question Wonbin.."So that they'd stop coming after me", Wonbin answered..."Ugh but now she'll tell everyone", you argue but he said, "Atleast you and I can catch a break"
