Someone To Protect. (Y/N x Ciel)

Healing

I wake up to find my eyes covered I something, bandages? I sit up on a bed, my bed? I try and take the thing covering my eyes off till I feel a hand take my hands off the thing, Ciel?

"Don't remove it, not yet, at least." I hear Ciel say to me. "Do you have Hemophobia?" He asks softly.

"Yeah..." I stutter as my throat feels dry. "Okay, then don't take that off, there are... a lot of red covered tissues on the floor..." He was cautions not to say the word blood.

Ciels PoV:

I look at Sebastian and nod towards the floor, telling him to clean it up. I then look towards Y/N. "Is your throat dry?" I ask, trying to keep my voice soft. "Yes..." She answers, her voice breaking a little, but she sounds cute. I reach over and grab a glass of water off the nightstand and slowly pour it into Y/N mouth. I stop and but it back onto the side.

"Is your throat better now?" I ask. She nods. "Good." I look at the floor and see everything is cleared up. I look at her, and I remove the thing covering her eyes.

Y/N's PoV:

I finally see ciel, except he's not wearing his usual outfit. He's wearing his pyjamas. He looks adorable, but my head ache hurts so much

"You should go back to sleep. It's nighttime, and sleep will help you heal." Ciel says to stop the silence.

"Can you stay with me...? Till I fall asleep?..." I look up at him, not realising how wide my eyes are. His face goes a little red.

"Um... yeah, sure." He sits on the side of the bed whilst I lay down. I close my eyes, I feel his stare, but It doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. it's comforting.

I woke up the next morning to find Ciel layed next to me asleep. Exhaustion must have taken him before I fell asleep. I sit up, my head doesn't hurt a lot anymore. I sit up, and I tuck him underneath the covers, I look at the mirror to see the back of my head bandaged.

I look over to see Sebastian at the doorway, smiling softly at me. "Oh, hey Sebastian." "Y/N, you really shouldn't be moving around. That injury is quite serious." He says softly, softer then usual, is he genuinely worried? "Ah, I just don't wanna wake ciel up." I look over at the bed to see him waking up.

He looks adorable, I just stare in awe as I watch him wake up. He sits up and rubs his eyes, he looks confused as he sees me and Sebastian staring at him. How can someone be this cute! He's big blue eyes, he slow and agile movements as he begins to move, his soft breaths and confused movements.

"Looks like Young Lord is finally wake-" Sebastian looks at me to see me staring at Ciel in awe, I soon snap out of it but them I see them both looking at me in concern.
