Aurora realized she was fucked the moment she entered the room. But she cannot understand why. This is not a new scenario for her, as many of her clients try to display their strength either by inviting her to a room full of guns, illegal substances, expensive jewellery, etc or by sending their most skilled men to greet her as a way to intimidate her. Nevertheless, what escapes most people is the fact that she was brought up in a much more intimidating environment. She has been trained since she was six to be who she is today; Reaper, a killer. Being a part of meetings on not very patriotic topics from a young age with the most powerful men of Europe does make a person highly foreboding and hyperaware of their surrounding.

"Diaz" questioned Aurora. "Why are you here?" she received a question in response from one of the men in front of her. Not realizing that as soon as the first word left her mouth, she gave the final piece of the puzzle to the men behind the camera." Tell him i will leave in three minutes-" before she could finish her words, one man dressed in a green army shirt came lunging towards her with his fists aiming for her head. Aurora swiftly ducked her head away from the fist, her hand fisting the pointed, gold plated knife, now out of the straps. "Don't make me kill you, back away," she said stabbing the man in the very same fist and moving backwards towards the door. She has now realized that this is not right. The other two men take quick steps towards her, with guns steady in their hands. They had strict orders to not severely hurt or kill the girl, so the guns were merely props. Aurora kicked one of them in the groin and stabbed him in his right hand .The man's legs collapsed from under him resulting his gun loosening from his hands. Before the last man could stop her, she launched herself onto the ground near the fallen boy and picked up the gun now both herself and the last standing man pointing guns at each other. The other man taking aim with his gun and the man recoiled in horror as before he could pull the trigger,a bullet was shot at his same arm, causing him to howl in pain and fall on the ground. Aurora smiled into the man's eyes. He looked up towards the other two, shotting them in the legs to prevent any of them from following her, unknown the men behind the cameras now picking up their own rifles rushing towards her.

She was out the door making a run for the elevator, wanting to go directly towards her car parked in the basement. She stood there in character, waiting for the elevator and politely smiling at the old couple passing by. Soon she found herself straightening her mask and dress in the elevator as it was making a halt at the ground floor on its way to the second basement of the hotel, which was below the first basement.

"We meet again, rose," Ethan's voice greeted her as the glass elevator got filled with the scent of fresh sandalwood as he stepped inside. Aurora straightened her posture, doubting his involvement in the chaos she faced just now. "Was it your doing" she asked, rubbing her hands on the knife once again tucked inside the garter, under her black dress ending just above her knees. The other hand holding the rifle behind her back.

"So you do know who I am, huh?" The smug smile on his face was enough proof for Aurora to dart through the elevator door as they opened. Reaching the second basement. She might be the most skilled assassin out there, but she knew it won't be worth the trouble to hurt or worse, kill an O'Connor in his building.

Before she could pass the threshold of the elevator, away from those hawk eyes, with a sudden force, Ethan who was standing adjacent to her, his back facing the right wall of the elevator, pulled Aurora towards himself with a strong grip on her biceps of the same hand holding the rifle behind her back.

The sudden move caused Reaper to take a sharp breath, trying to clear the uneven thoughts clouding her brain. She had to escape. She has done it before and she will do it again. This was her motto. The halt in her movements and these staggering breaths made her, well, it made her feel. She remembers the adrenaline rush through her bones while on a mission or while training. She remembers feeling warm when having a glass of wine late at night with Sylvie. She remembers being mad at Gavi for using her credit card without permission. She remembers being scared and tired, both mentally and physically. She remembers every conversation, and every emotion attached to it, but she can't recall her cheeks heating up or the itchy goosebumps spreading over her arms.

Ethan's other taking advantage of tha moment coil around her waist. His fingers tracing the spot above her dress where the knife was strapped. Grazing his fingers along the shape of the knife. "You came all strapped up, didn't you?" while Ethan leaning down towards her ear while his one leg holding the elevator door open.

He was not surprised when he recieved a tight blow on his nose instead of a verbal response. "Ouch!" he said, relaxed, almost overconfident as if he has already captured Reaper. Aurora fled the elevator after landing another punch on his lips, freeing herself. Instead of going towards her car, she made a run towards the slope ending just in front of the exit gate of the Hotel. Taking the car would slow her down as she could already sense him following her and she is sure he has his men ready to greet her. Neither it would be possible to fight them off if she had to stop and show her pass at the exit gate nor to cross the gate with a rifle in her hand a knife strapped on her. She had to find a shortcut instead.

"At the exit gate near the river," Ethan informed the others.

"Almost there Boss,

"Replied Dylan", knowing exactly which gate.

Aurora took a sharp right just before the exit gate loaded with 4 guards and 2 police officials. She looked behind once and apart from seeing Ethan she found two other men running after her. To scare them away Aurora shot a bullet in the air near them. Missed.

Running hysterically, she stopped only when she came face to face with a narrow yet fast paced river in front her. The river was flowing in the Mid of the open grass-land it was so long she couldn't even see the end of the river properly. Probably formed as an attraction for guests or for open air parties.

The men came at a stop a few step away from her with Ethan in the center with Riko and Alec pointing their guns at Aurora.

Breathing heavily, she turned around mainly for two reasons. One, wanting to negotiate, as she still didn't know why they were trying to chase her down. Second, she can't swim, even if it's life or death she would rather choose death than go into the flowy water.

"What's the catch" asked Aurora pointing her own gun towards the men.

"You know exactly what you did," replied Ethan

"What did I DO?" she fired back getting infuriated.

"You stole from ME," said Ethan. "Left your white lily there," he continued.

"You are mistaken" as she said these words she realized what exactly is going on. Someone is impersonating her. And she knows exactly who.

"Listen to me carefully,it was not me. Alright?" She tried to reason.

"Shut the fuck up and drop your gun" said Ethan pointing his own gun at her head.

Aurora figured he was in no mood to listen to her. Drowned in anger. But she had to take her chance because it can't be no coincidence that he is targeting them both.

"I will, but i need a chance to explain myself." she bargained. Her insides cringing at the weakness at her own words. Maybe that's what he wants, to make her weak.

After a few long seconds Alec nudged Ethan's elbows as a sign to accept the deal. Not wanting anyone's head blown off today.

"Alright, you have my word" said Ethan.
