Blake's pov
—————

I was really worried about Indigo, she'd lost so much weight recently. I was hoping Taylor would notice her more if I brought her here. After she disappeared to the bathroom, Tree let me know she went to the hotel due to an illness. Travis overheard and said he'd go check on her, telling Taylor he had to film for the podcast. Keeping Indigo a secret for now.

It was just Taylor and me in her dressing room, gossiping and catching up. It had been months since I last saw her, I was glad to see my best friend.

"So how is my girl?" Taylor asked about Indy.

"She's okay." I smiled, hoping Taylor couldn't see the worry on my face.

"What's that look for?" Taylor's face copied mine, worry. "I know I forgot her birthday, I'm trying to make it up to her but she won't answer my calls."

"Tay, she's okay. She just misses you." I slightly lie, not wanting to lose Indigos trust but also wanting to share my concerns with Taylor.

She nodded, "can I call her on your phone?"

"Yeah of course." I smiled, handing the phone over. Taylor called her, no answer. I panicked slightly, maybe she was really sick?

"Is she okay?" Taylor looked at me, knowing I was supposed to be in charge of Indigo while she was touring.

"Yeah! Ryan's probably over with the kids. She'll be giving him a break." I lied but smiled at her.

She laughed, "she loves those four."

I sighed quietly as Taylor handed me my phone back, texting Travis to make sure everything okay. He messaged back that she was asleep, and my worry subsided to relief.

I could tell Taylor still cared for indigo a lot, tour must be really kicking her ass with work for her to forget her baby's birthday. I've always been slightly jealous of Taylor when it came to parenting. She was so good with Indigo growing up, just knowing what she needed and when. That hadn't changed up until this tour.

Indigos pov

I woke up to Travis beside me, watching sport on the television.

"Trav?" I groaned sleepily, waking from my deep sleep.

"Hey! I brought you some pizza." He smiled.

"Thanks." I mumbled, "what time is it?"

"8.47pm." He replied, "feeling okay?"

I eyed him up, wondering what Tree told him.

"Tree said you felt sick." He looked at me in concern.

I nodded, "yeah, I'm not feeling great. I might just shower and head to bed if that's okay?"

"Of course, I'll put the pizza in the fridge for you. Let me know if you're okay."

"Okay, thanks Travis." I smiled, "you should go back and support mom."

"I'm not leaving you here sick, girly." He smiled back.

"Honestly I'll just be sleeping, it's okay." I really wanted to be alone. Ironic as all I ever want is company.

After more protesting he left and I got a shower, before heading to bed again. I snuggled back into Ellie, hoping Travis didn't see her when he came.

The next morning I woke up to Blake in the kitchen part of the room.

"Hey sleepy girl, you ready to surprise your mom today?"
