Day 13 - Get Out

Ruin POV

I was working in the lab, on the cure. But I couldn't let the things without someone watching over them

Solar was with me. Hard time to focus. He's cute. Fuck. I try to focus, I try

Solar is writing things on and ask me to try the ideas, Earth and Lunar comes downstairs to us, they looked in a rush

"What's the rush-" I can't finish my sentence cause Lunar cuts me off

"Monty and Moon needs you as soon as possible in their lab to test something" Lunar said and I nod, I look at Solar

"Can you take from here?" I ask him and he gives me a soft and simple nod, I pat Lunar's head and leave

I have a bad feeling...

I went to their lab as fast as possible and when I arrived there they gave me a gun with some liquid in the bullets

"We made a tranquilizer but we need to test it..." Monty said and look around for something to shoot at

They had an infected animatronic that was chained down "How did you...?" I was confused because there was an infected animatronic, I didn't know what

But I aimed at it and shot, it worked. It took a while but they stopped moving "Yes! That worked!" Moon said extremely happy and excited, Monty nod and I smiled as well

At least now we have a good tranquilizer that can paralyze them for a good while "Yeah, that's good at least... I need to find the cure tho... It's not lookin great in my part" I said as I put the tranquilizer away and look at their chemistry board

It didn't took too much happiness... The alarm went off, I immediately jumped and focused on it

"The alarm... Oh, no..." I said before I started running towards my lab and everyone there, Moon and Monty with the tranquilizer behind me

I run and I run, it felt so far away, but I hope no one is hurt... Solar could take care of them

I have a bad feeling...

My systems are falling out, my battery is draining faster, but I need to get there... I'm almost there

I have a bad feeling...

I arrived there... The walls were full of scratches, the door ripped out... Blood... Blood everywhere

I entered... My body stopped moving... There were 6 creatures, I don't know what... They looked like crabs... They were towering over my friends...

I turn my head a bit to the left just to see Earth... Her limbs were thorn apart... Her eyes were ripped out... Her insides were eaten... And most importantly, she got infected...

I couldn't speak, I couldn't move... I saw Lunar the same... Their oil was everywhere and they won't move...

Moon and Monty were behind me... They entered and saw everything... They were angry... They shot at the things... They got paralyzed... I still can't move

After they fall down, I see a pair of goggles on the floor... No, no... Please no...

My body unfrozen for a bit... I walk closer... And my whole body fell down... He was there... He...was also dead...

I put my hands on Solar's face...or what remained of it... He was fully eaten, I couldn't watch that... Moon and Monty started crying... I can't...

I could just look at my dear Solar and...do nothing... "Solar... Please... Please, no... Please don't do that... No... I...just got you back... Don't do that...please..." I bearly spoke... My words were shaky and my whole body was trembling

Moon slowly took Lunar's and Earth bodies and put them in different cells, he looked at me and down at Solar

I was devastated... I couldn't move or anything... But I had one goal... To find a cure and end all this. My tears started falling and I grab Solar's goggles and put them on my desk

Moon took away his body too. All of us were devastated, Moon lost his siblings... Monty lost their girlfriend... And me? I lost my most dear person...

I wasn't going to stop. So I started working on the cure again, with everything I had. With Moon's and Monty's help while I took care of Jack... That was now fatherless... We'll make the cure... We will find it. I'm sure of it. Soon, everything will be over, and no one will have to suffer anymore.

And that's the end of the first part of the book! Don't worry I'm already working on the second one, but it will take a bit.
I'm gonna say it, the second one it will be more sad and more action. And a lot of science (that I need to actually look up, in order to find some chemistry that works together)
