Haseena Mallik: SHO of Mahila Police Thana, Lucknow. Daughter of Shehzaad Malik and Salma Malik. A 30 year old calm and composed lady who believes that ending crime ends criminals. She solves cases using her ideology of 'Jazbaat' which receives criticism from her SI Karishma Singh. Used to live in Indore but shifted to Lucknow 5 years ago.

Karishma Singh: SI at Mahila Police Thana, Lucknow. Daughter of Rekha Singh and Param Singh. Daughter-in-law of Pushpa Singh who is the head constable at Mahila Police Thana, Lucknow. Wife of Vyom Singh A.K.A Lalla. A short tempered lady who believes that ending criminals ends crimes. She likes to solve cases using 'Bhaukaal' but is highly criticised for it by her senior SHO Haseena Malik.

Pushpa Singh: Head Constable at Mahila Police Thana, Lucknow. Mother of Vyom Singh and mother-in-law of Karishma Singh. A kind lady who likes irritating her daughter-in-law.

Cheetah Chaturvedi: Constable at Mahila Police Thana, Lucknow. Women Psychology Specialist. Likes Santosh Sharma but she is too innocent to realise his feelings for her

Santosh Sharma: Constable at Mahila Police Thana, Lucknow. Extremely 'Masoom'. Cheetah likes her but she is too innocent to realise that.

Shivaay Malik: Anubhav's senior in IB. Currently on desk duty.A 30 year old calm and composed person. Cousin of HM. He stays calm in even those situations where HM can't keep her cool. Son of Shreya Malik and Anand Malik. Has a younger sister Avni Malik. His parents passed away 24 years ago when he and HM were 6 years old. After their death, HM parents adopted him and his sister and since then he has been staying with them until 5 years ago. Shivaay and Haseena didn't like each other initially in childhood but gradually bonded after he came to stay with them due to his parents death. HM is just 5 minutes older than Shivaay. He used to live in Indore with Ammi, HM and Avni 5 years ago. HM and Shivaay shared a great bond. They both even have telepathy between them and can understand each other without the other person saying anything.

Something happened 5 years ago between the both of them due to which Shivaay got into an accident and was presumed dead by everyone.

Avni Malik: A 24 year old lively and bubbly girl. DSP in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Loves Shivaay and HM a lot. Has a bitter-sweet relation with Ammi. Hasn't been in talking terms with HM for the past 5 years.

Note: Nobody knows that Shivaay and Avni aren't Noorjahan Malik's own children except Mahipal Singh.

Salma Malik: Mother of Haseena Malik. Irrespective of being Shivaay's aunt, never differentiated between HM and Shivaay. Shares a bittersweet relationship with Avni but loves her nevertheless.

Ruhi Malik: 4 year old daughter of Shivaay. Had a hole in her heart but underwent surgery and is now healthy

Anika Chaturvedi: Defence Lawyer. An orphan and used to live in an orphanage. She studied in a Hindi medium school. Worked very hard to become a defence lawyer. Shivaay's wife and Ruhi's mother. She and Shivaay were in love but not married at the time he left but she accompanied him and they later got married. After a year of Ruhi's birth, Anika's flight crashed while she was travelling to Mumbai and she was presumed dead.

Vikram Oberoi: MD of SVR enterprises, which is a MNC that deals in real estate sector. Shivaay's maternal uncle. HM and Avni call him 'Shakuni mama' because he had applied for Shivaay and Avni's custody in court after their parents death and was successful in obtaining Shivaay's custody for 6 months using unfair means. Wants Shivaay and Avni to stay with them and not with HM and her Ammi.

Shweta Oberoi: Wife of Vikram Oberoi. A very cunning and arrogant lady. Wants Shivaay and Avni to stay with them and not with HM and her Ammi. Dislikes HM and her Ammi.

Rajveer Oberoi:  Younger brother of Vikram Oberoi. Wants Shivaay and Avni to stay with them and not with HM and her Ammi. Dislikes HM and her Ammi.

Shalini Oberoi: Wife of Rajveer Oberoi. Dislikes HM and her Ammi

Anita Oberoi: Called Anu by her family. CEO of SVR enterprises. Wants Shivaay and Avni to stay with them and not the Maliks. HM doesn't like her very much and so does she.
