" ...the yellow ones will. Don't worry about the robe and towels in there navie, I'm packing you Clean ones."
Anika shouted from the bedroom.

Her son was soaking in the tub, unmoving. The water was beginning to turn cold. He felt numb. The life of an omega. Not many of them got lucky  and got a tertiary education and job. People prefer to raise their kids the traditional way. If you didn't it meant you   were  snobby and  improper or
inappropriate and judged. It wasn't easy.

Though it is well known that the barren got treated worse in the AO society.
It's all about continuing the species. Navie could only hope that his new husband would wait for awhile. He didn't want to be pregnant for a man he hated. He wanted to atleast get used to the idea first.  But what would happen if he never would.

" when you come visit I'll make you some nice chicken curry with dumplings. Avedida finally gave me her recipe when I told her of your bethrodel.
I just can't wait to make it navie. "

Tavian was barely paying attention to his mothers ramblings.  He was more worried about his future.
What did his husband look like?
Was he handsome or ugly?
Well he didn't really believe that anyone was ugly. And what about his status, he knows from the father and brother that the man is not poor.
Not that he really cared for money.

Though it wouldn't make sense if the man were poor because the whole point of this is to be taken care of.
Tavian really wished to continue his studies. Not many husband's and families allowed their daughter inlaw to study. And it so happens that Alpha's on the poorer levels fear that their omegas will be independent  which often leads to a lot of domestic violence cases.
So basically,  the omega control were useless.
