23 - Ending?

Lisa's POV...

It's been weeks since Jennie and I became a couple, and I can say that I'm happy—like, who wouldn't be, right?

And you know, when I told Irene and Seulgi that we were together, they were really surprised, especially Irene, because she thought I wasn't loved by Jennie. She questioned why Jennie only confessed now, which made her suspicious, but I just brushed it off.

I can feel that Jennie truly loves me.

She’s so jealous, though.

She doesn’t allow me to be close to Irene, which makes me laugh because, you know, I only see Irene as a friend, and her boyfriend is Seulgi.

Now I'm here at the farm, and Jennie is at home because she didn't want to come with me. She prefers staying home because she says it's too hot outside, so I left her and came here alone.

We're just laughing here with my dad and the people around because the work is done, and it's break time now.

While we were laughing, I heard someone calling me from afar, so I looked to see who it was.

It was just Seulgi.

But why does she seem nervous?

As she approached me, she quickly grabbed me and said goodbye to the others.

"Borrowing Lisa for a moment, people, hehe," she said, dragging me out of the farm toward the house.

While we were walking to the house, I asked what was happening because she looked worried.

"What’s going on? Why are you dragging me?" I asked her, confused.

"You'll see when we get to the house," she replied.

When we arrived at the house, I saw that Jennie and Irene seemed to be arguing, and there was someone behind Jennie, but I couldn't see who it was because they were turned away from me.

I was about to approach them when I heard what they were arguing about.

So I stopped.

"Why is she here?" Irene asked Jennie, angrily.

"Can you please calm down?" Jennie said to her.

"No! Why is she here? And what did I see? Were you two kissing? Are you playing with Lisa?" she said angrily, which made me freeze.

They kissed?

"Irene, it's not what you think, okay?" Jennie said.

"Wait, what do you mean 'playing'?" said the guy.

Wait.

Taehyung?

"Ah, you didn't know?" Irene said sarcastically.

"Jennie is just Lisa's girlfriend," she told Taehyung.

"W-what? B-babe, what does this mean?" Taehyung stammered at her.

"L-let me explain, V," Jennie said as she turned to face him.

But when she faced V, she also saw me.

"L-Lisa?" he said.

So I walked over to them.

"You!!" V shouted at me and punched me, causing me to fall.

"Lisaaa!" they shouted.

Jennie was about to help me, but Taehyung held her back, so Irene was the one who helped me get up.

"Let's go, babe, we’re leaving," she said to Jennie, who was just looking at me as if she was hurt and asking for forgiveness.
