Dear Reader,
Sound meditation has become a part of my daily routine for more than a week now. I learned how to do sound meditation by watching some youtube videos. When I initially started doing sound meditation I focused on the sounds around me, my environment. Recently, I have started listening to a specific chanting of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. When I meditate, I try to remember my loved ones, my deceased family members, my friends, my family, everyone I love, everyone in my town, in my country, in the world, and in the universe, everyone that exist in the past, present, and future. Then, I wish them peace, happiness, good health and love. Change begins from oneself, from our heart, mind, speech and body. In this way, I hope to do atleast some good deed from my side before I die.
