I'm sorry for this shitty ending but I'm so tired of this story and I've been dying to click the 'complete" button. I've also been writing a mafia story that I haven't published yet, but when I do, please check it out too :)
San's POV
I'm so glad nobody caught us yesterday, something like that really shouldn't happen again.
I sit back at my desk. I hear a notification on someone's phone. They take it out, their eyes widen in shock, and then they look at me.
'Did something happen?', I ask them.
'Uhm, n-no'
I just get back to work when someone else's phone rings, they have the exact same reaction. Then mine, it's Wooyoung.
We're fucked
What?
Look around you, did no one get a notification yet?
Yes, a few
Another person looks up from their phone in shock
There was a security camera, someone decided to record the whole thing and spread it
WHAT
Im serious
Does our boss know
Idk
'Choi San, could you come with me?', someone walks into the room.
All eyes are on me, I feel them almost burning holes through my skin and my face gets red in embarrassment. I get up and follow the neatly dressed woman into the hallway.
'The CEO called you, I suppose you're in trouble'
'I'm pretty sure I am', I almost whisper.
The door in front of me opens, to reveal a large luxurious office with a view stretching over Seoul. There's three people, my boss, a secretary and Wooyoung, who is anxiously gripping onto the side of his chair.
'Sit down', he commands.
I do what he asks.
'I think you know why you're both here'
'I do'
'Yes', Wooyoung says softly.
'Well then, I'm also sure you know that what you did is not very appropriate, right?'
We both nod.
'Then why the fuck did you do it?'
Me and Wooyoung both look at each other awkwardly.
'I'll save you the explanation', he says annoyed, 'Three moths pay cut for both of you'
Wooyoung's POV
'I really was expecting worse'
I'm at San's apartment, talking about today.
He agrees but still looks concerned. The worst thing possible happened and it all went so fast, neither of us really knows who spread that video but we both have an idea.
'Who do you think spread it?', San looks down at his hands, fidgeting with a silver ring.
'I'm not sure, but the only person I know who would do something like that has to be Jiny.'
He looks up, 'I was thinking the same thing'
'Well, we both know how much she likes you', I chuckle.
San's eyes travel back to his ring, distracted.
San's POV
There's something that's been on my mind, a thought that won't leave. I want to tell him but I'm too scared and I'm too scared to fuck it up.
'Can I see you again, Saturday?', I'll ask him Saturday, then I'll be a bit more prepared.
'Uh, sure', he smiles.
'I'll come pick you up'
It's Saturday and we're both in my car, Wooyoung notices I'm not driving to my apartment.
'Where are we going?'
'You'll see', I still try to sound confident even though my hands are sweating in stress.
I try to focus on the road while we arrive at the theme park we first went to. I park the car and we both get out, holding hands while we walk in.'
Wooyoung is smiling like a kid while we're walking around the theme park, my right hand squeezed by his while my left hand is in my pocket, holding the small box I brought.
I'm waiting for the right moment to ask him and that moment seems scarily close, when he decides to sit down on a bench in front of a kids' ride.
'I actually wanted to ask you something'
'What is it?', his eyes are shining, it's so beautiful.
My hand clenches around the box when I slowly take it out of my pocket, opening it in front of him, his eyes widening when he realizes what's inside.
'Will you marry me?'
For the few people who have made it this far, thank you for reading and I'll see you again in my next story
