Jungkook's anger is still simmering, he slams into the car, his eyes fixed at some point ahead.

Hyungsik, seated in the driver's adjacent seat, leans in through the window, his voice tinged with concern. "Sir, hasn't Ms. Choi arrived yet?"

Jungkook's jaw clenches, his eyes flashing with irritation as he turns to Hyungsik. "Oh, so now you're concerned about Ms. Choi? Always Ms. Choi this, Ms. Choi that. Go and fetch your precious Ms. Choi if you're so worried about her!" His voice rises, a growl building in his throat.

Hyungsik recoils, startled by Jungkook's sudden outburst. "No, sir, that's not what I meant. I was asking because Ms. Choi wasn't feeling well. She got stuck in the lift..."

But before Hyungsik can finish, Jungkook's attention is diverted by the opening of the car door on the opposite side. And there you are, your eyes red and puffy from crying, your nose swollen, your lips trembling. Your face is a picture of despair, your skin pale and clammy.

Jungkook's gaze lingers on your face, his expression remaining emotionless, a mask of indifference.

You can't even bear to look at Jungkook, your eyes cast downward as you silently take your seat and close the door behind you.

Hyungsik, sensing the tension, nods to the driver to start the car. The engine purrs to life, and the vehicle begins to move, gliding smoothly through the streets.

You sit frozen, your eyes fixed on some point ahead, trying to process the events that have transpired. Your mind is a jumble of emotions, your heart heavy with sorrow and regret.

Jungkook's gaze remains fixed on some point outside the window, his expression unyielding, his jaw still clenched in anger.

As the car pulls up to Jeon's grand mansion,
Jungkook and Hyungsik lead the way, their footsteps echoing through the stillness as they enter the mansion.

As Jungkook heads towards his bedroom, Hyungsik intercepts him in the living room, his voice laced with a hint of concern. "Sir, your flight to Japan is in two hours."

Jungkook turns, his expression unreadable. "I know, I'm going to get my luggage."

Hyungsik nods, jungkook's eyes darting towards you as you enter the living room. his jaw clenching before he turns away, disappearing into his bedroom.

Hyungsik approaches you, his voice low and gentle. "Ms. Choi, are you okay? You look a bit pale."

You force a smile, trying to reassure him. "Yes, Mr. Park, I'm fine."

Hyungsik's eyes narrow, his voice taking on a conspiratorial tone. "Sir will be away from South Korea for three days. Please make sure you don't stress too much and take care of yourself."

Your frown deepens as you process the information. "Three days? Why didn't I know about this?" You asked, your voice barely above whisper.

Hyungsik nods sympathetically. "It was a sudden decision, made during the meeting you missed."

The memory of today's incident comes flooding back, and your face pales.

Hyungsik's gaze lingers on your pale face, his expression softening with concern. "It's okay, Ms. Choi, don't worry about it. Besides, you're not feeling well, you should rest. Sir and I will handle everything." His gentle tone is a soothing balm to your frazzled nerves.
