- Before Rochelle, she use have an ex-girlfriend named Destiny.

- Both of her parents are neglectful towards her and they don't support her at all, from her love cats to the clothes that she wears.

- She was an outcast in high school and some of the students would call her homophobic slurs and they picked on her for her sexuality.

- Her ex-girlfriend Destiny would often ghosted her and she neglects her a lot. Whenever she tries to show affection towards her, she would either push her away or tell her to stop it. In some occasions, she would always yell at her in public to "Stop" acting like they were a thing. Even saying that it's weird and disgusting.

- Sometimes whenever Kiara did something wrong, minor or not, Destiny would often yell at her and tell her not to screw it up. She would often cry at Destiny's words, but since she was naive back then, she would always believed her and forgave her when she "apologize" to her for her actions and when she makes excuses on why she lashed out.

- Destiny even acted downright toxic towards her and she even abused her verbally and sometimes psychically even.

- She was bullied by 5 mean girls in high school and they were very LGBTphobic towards her, they kept bullying her for months until they got expelled and their parents apologize to her for their kids' actions towards and they are sending them to boarding schools.

- One day, Kiara wanted to give Destiny a diamond necklace on their anniversary and she waited for her on their usual dating spot (which is the park), but sadly, She never came. She thought that she was busy at first, but then it got late right round 9 pm and become worried and tried. So she went home.

- However though, she found out that Destiny cheated on her with a guy named Cullen by having sex with him on her way home. Heartbroken, she decided to confront him tomorrow.

- Once when she met up with Destiny later on, they got into a huge fight that lasted for two hours, until Destiny confessed to her that she was dating Cullen for 4 months because he was so many times better than her. Even saying that Kiara was whiny, too clingy and annoying with her interests of cats and cat sitting and her ways of affections and that she couldn't stand her at all, That was the last straw that broke the camel's back, and Kiara burn the necklace that she was give to Destiny and she slapped her in the face and she even told her to get out and never come back to her life ever again. Destiny did, and she never saw her again.

- She was crying for three months and once she told her grandparents, her cousins, her uncle and her aunt about what happened, they gave her their love and support.

- Underneath her sweet personality, she couldn't help but feel very insecure and anxious.

- She secretly has very low self-esteem due to everything that happened to her in the past.
