- His mom is a neglectful housewife who often consume alcohol all day and night.

- His dad left him and his mom when he was a baby and he doesn't want anything to do with them.

- This lead to his mom taking her anger out on her son after her ex-husband and she hated on he look liked his father.

- She often degrades him and blames him for his father leaving her with him.

- She calls him a mistake, worthless child, useless, piece of trash and etc.

- She locks him up either in his room or in the closet, or even in the basement if he messes something up in the house.

- His mother abuses him mentally, verbally and psychically, and she punishes him all the time, even when it's a minor mistake.

- He would get whip beatings from her if he has done something bad or get poured on with hot water as a punishment.

- He was bullied throughout elementary school and middle school, which causes him to have very low self-esteem.

- His abuse from his mom got worst after she found out about his sexuality and she was very furious about it and called him homophobic slurs.

- But then as the abuse went on, one of the neighbors called the police on his mom after one of them heard Travis screaming and crying along with the glass bottle hitting him by his mom and she was arrested for child abuse and neglect.

- His uncle took him in afterwards and he did had a hard time on opening up to him, but overtime he warmed up to his uncle and he told him everything on what has happened and his uncle gave him lots of love and support, and he signed him for therapy.
