It's been a week in the hospital with nandini, I have gone home maybe twice but other than that I have been here and this women is driving me insane. She has been pouting and glaring at every single nurse that walks in the room, and no not because she is the patient but because she can't go help the little ones that need help.
There have been at least two patients that came in the hospital and nandini specializes in little ones so every time a nurse comes in the room and lets her know of the updates, she gets all agitated and annoyed that she can't go help the patients.
"Your little one is making a lot of fuss, mind coming in the room?" Jonah mumbles next to me
I was just at the reception making sure I have all the medicine and everything for her
"Huh?"
"Your girlfriend" she says
"I don't have a girlfriend, I'm not sure who you are referring to?"
"Seriously dude?"
"Jonah what are you talking about?"
"I actually want to show you something" she says grabbing my arm
"Excuse me, let go" I mumble
"Come on it's your girl's cabin"
'she isn't my girl"
She chuckles pulling me to a cabin and I know it's Nandini because I have seen pictures but I almost was taken aback when I saw a little corner in her cabin
"That's you right" she says and no she wasn't asking, it was more like she was proving something to me as she points at a picture
Nandini had pictures of cabir, navya, her and I in the little corner. She had pictures of me that have been there for a while and the fact that she is pulling away from me because she isn't mine anymore is all fucking bullshit
"She looks at them every chance she gets, I don't think I have seen her smile like she does whne she sees a picture of you"
"I don't know what you are talking about"
"You know manik, the last 3 years she has tried really hard to become that nandini she was before you two broke up but she hasn't and she can't. You are a very vital part of her life, she may be smiling but it's not her happy smile. She dove into work, she used to do 28 hour shifts just so she wouldn't have to go home and think about you two. Now, I don't know what happened between you guys and I don't care but I want you to know that she is just as hurt as you are. Do what you will with that information and please come and help us because we can't give her an injection"
I roll my eyes hearing the word injection, nandini hates needles when it comes to her getting them.
"Isn't cabir with her?"
"Oh yeah he is holding her left arm and navya has her right but you know her, she is screaming like we are giving her drugs"
"Shut up"
"Hey, don't piss me off" she mumbles making me shake my head as I walk to Nandini's room along with Jonah
"AHHHHHH YOU GUYS ARE PISSING ME OFFFF AHHHHH OH MY GOD" her screams make me close my eyes
"Nandini"
"AHHHHHHH" she screams on top of her lung
"SHUT THE FUCK UP" I yell at her
Instantly the two nurses, navya, cabir, and Jonah all stare at me
"The fuck are you yelling for?" I ask walking in the room
